Will the Minister for Federal Education and Professional Training be pleased to state: (a) the admission quota available to students belonging to minorities in all Colleges and Universities including for medical and engineering in Pakistan; and (b) if the quota is not available the time by which admission quota will be created therefor  to provide educational opportunities?
