Will the Minister for Communications be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that solar lights installed on G. T. Road from Lahore to Gujranwala are totally defective at present; if so, the steps taken by the Government to fix the responsibility thereof; and (b) the punishment awarded to said responsibles so far?
