Will the Minister for Communications be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that the overloaded vehicles are damaging the structure of Motorways and National Highways in the country; (b) if so, whether Government has assessed the financial losses to national exchequer caused thereby; and (c) the steps being taken by the Ministry to control the overloading of vehicles on Motorways and National Highways in the country?

Will the Minister for Commerce be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that Pakistan’s ranking is very low in Global Trade Index according to the Global Enabling Trade Report 2014; if so, the reasons thereof; and (b) the steps being taken by the Government to improve the rating thereof?

Will the Minister for Planning, Development and Reform be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that planning vision that is launched by the one Government is not continued by the following/next Government in the country; (b) whether it is also a fact that owing to such interruption of planning visions, the country badly suffered financially thereby; (c) if the answers to parts (a) and (b) above are in the affirmative, the steps being taken by the Ministry to mitigate adverse impacts of such interruption and provide legal cover therefor?

Will the Minister for Commerce be pleased to state: (a)whether it is a fact that Pakistan has ranked very low according to the Global Enabling Trade Report; if so, the reasons thereof; and (b)the steps being taken by the Government to improve the said rating/ranking by bringing reforms in trade sector?

Will the Minister In-charge of the Prime Minister’s Office be pleased to state: (a) how much amount was spent on the advertisement of the auction of official vehicles of the Prime Minister’s House/Office and buffaloes separately with break-up; (b) the amount which has been generated through the auction of such vehicles and buffaloes; (c) the model of each vehicle and price at which its was purchased; and (d) the benchmark upon which price of each vehicle was determined for the auction purposes?
