Will the Minister for Communications be pleased to state: (a) whether there is any proposal under consideration of the Government to increase the toll tax on National Highways; if so, the justification thereof; and (b) the last date by which tax was increased alongwith the criteria adopted therefor?

Will the Minister for Finance, Revenue, Economic Affairs, Statistics and Privatization be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) has conducted any survey of smuggled goods in the country during the year 2013-14; (b) whether it is also a fact that the FBR has identified main areas/ cities in the country where those goods/items have been supplied during the said period; and (c) whether any action has been taken or proposed to be taken by the Government against those smugglers?
