Will the Minister for Finance, Revenue, Economics Affairs, Statistiecs and Privatiozation be pleased to state: (a) the year-wise total amount deposited by mobile phone companies on account of GST during the last five years separately; and (b) whether any tax evasion was reported during said period; if so, the action taken against the responsibles?

Will the Minister for Foreign Affairs be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that free of cost land has been provided for construction of the buildings of foreign embassies in Pakistan during the last five years; if so, the reasons therefor; and (b) whether any other country provided such land for construction of Pakistan?s embassies abroad so far; if so, details thereof?

Will the Minister for Energy be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that the process of provision of new Gas connections to the applicants of NA-136  (NA-128 old) has been stopped; if so, the reasons therefor; and (b) the time which this process  will be started again?

Will the Minister for National Health Services, Regulations and Coordination be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that Federal Government Polyclinic requires additional Wards and Blocks; 10 (b) whether it is also a fact that any extension in the said Hospital is possible in South Ward, on the land of Argentina Park; (c) if the answers to parts (a) and (b) above are in affirmative, whether the Government intends to construct additional wards and blocks of the said Hospital on some portion of the land of this Park; if so, when it will be constructed; if not, the reasons thereof?

Will the Minister for Energy (Petroleum Division) be pleased to state: (a) the number of applications, for gas connections, pending in NA-136 and the time by which the connections will be provided; (b) whether it is a fact that these applications are not processed/ finalized because the gas has not been released in the pipes lines, though the schemes are complete; and (c) the time by which these fully developed schemes will be made operational by releasing gas therein?

Will the Minister for Energy (Petroleum Division) be pleased to state: (a) the number of gas supply schemes in NA-136, which are complete in all respects but gas supply has not started so far; and (b) the reasons for not starting gas supply and the time by which these schemes will be made operational facilitating the consumers to utilize natural gas?

Will the Minister for National Health Services, Regulations and Coordination be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that Sheikh Akhtar Hussain Ex-DG, DRAP was holding a fake degree not recognized by HEC; (b) whether it is also a fact that cases against Sheikh Akhtar Hussain were closed by NAB because a fake death certificate was presented to NAB; (c) if so, as to why Sheikh Akhtar Hussain, even after submitting fake death certificate to NAB to get proceedings against him stopped, was employed in DRAP?
