Will the Minister Incharge of the Cabinet Division be pleased to state: (a) the details of cases of corruption in financial matters pertaining to the financial year 2012-13 surfaced in CDA; (b) whether it is a fact that developed plots were allotted to the officers of the CDA and those working on deputation in that authority during the said period in violation of the relevant rules, if so, the names and designations of the officers and action taken against them; and (c) the loss suffered by CDA due to above said irregularities?
