Will the Minister In-Charge of the Cabinet Division be pleased to state:
(a) whether it is a fact that the Capital Development Authority has divided Zone-IV of Islamabad into four Sub-Zones and a building having a covered area of 1000 square meters can be constructed on 20 kanals farm in Sub Zone-D of the said zone;
(b) whether it is also a fact that the Behria Town Housing Scheme initiated in the said Sub-Zone has been allowed for construction of a covered area of 5500 square feet per kanal therein;
(c) whether it is further a fact that rules and regulations have been made in violation of the Supreme Court decision dated 11-10-2007 regarding division of said zone;
(d) if the answers to parts (a), (b) and (c) above are in the affirmative, the reasons and responsibles thereof; and
(e) whether action has been taken against the responsibles therefor; if not, the reasons thereof?
