Will the Minister for Finance, Revenue and Economic Affairs be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that AGPR has not passed bills of pay fixation of the employees of National Assembly Secretariat on the pretext of non-completion of pre-promotion trainings; if so, total number of such bills, which are pending with AGPR at present; (b) whether it is also a fact that an Act, namely, the National Assembly Secretariat Employees Act, 2018 has, recently, been promulgated, as provided in Article 87(2) of the Constitution, wherein recruitment and the constitution of services of the employees of the National Assembly Secretariat have been set out; and employees of the Secretariat have been promoted to 30 next grade in view of the Act, and rules, made there-under; if so, the reasons to hold such bills in pending; (c) whether such attitude of the AGPR is tantamount to violation of the Constitution; and (d) what steps are being taken by the Government to clear/pass such bills at an earliest?

Will the Minister for Finance, Revenue and Economic Affairs be pleased to state: (a) the exact amount, which was refunded, adjusted and rest with FBR as non-claimant against each of advance tax during the last five years; (b) if the exact amount of aforesaid account is not complied by FBR, is it not only tantamount to failure of FBR but also malpractice at the part of FBR; (c) if so, the corrective measures being taken to compile such figures and make the concerned authorities accountable; (d) whether it is a fact that different advance taxes, which include taxes on domestic electricity consumption, and on electricity bills are duplicate in nature; (e) whether it is also a fact that advance taxes, which are actually imposed on income of an individual or company, are transferred to end users by them; (f) if so, steps being taken by the Government to rationalize the imposition of advance taxes and remove undue burden to end users?

Will the Minister for Interior be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that E-12, which was launched by the CDA two decades ago, could not develop so far, despite the fact that legitimate allottees have paid dues against their plots; if so, the reasons thereof; and (b) the steps being taken in this regard?

Will the Minister for Finance, Revenue and Economic Affairs be pleased to state: (a) why Pakistan Centre for Philanthropy (PCP) is designated as certification agency and why does FBR itself not certify NGOs at its own exclusively; (b) the time by which FBR itself will start issuing certificates exclusively instead of by a private NGO PCP; (c) whether PCP charges exorbitant fees for issuance of certificate; if so, the reasons thereof; and (d) the steps being taken by the Government to reduce fees for issuing certificate?

Will the Minister for Interior be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that in I-14, Islamabad, roads are ruptured/ damaged, street lights are not installed, public parks and other utilities are not available for residents; (b) whether it is also a fact that poor infrastructure and unavailable/ substandard basic facilities for inhabitants show incompetency of CDA; and (c) what steps CDA is taking for betterment of infrastructure, specifically, for roads of the said sector?
