Will the Minister for Finance, Revenue, Economic Affairs, Statistics and Privatization be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that the Senior Auditors and Assistant Accounts Officers of the Accountant General Pakistan Revenues,Islamabad are not being promoted for the last six years; (b) whether it is also a fact that more than 130 Senior Auditors are waiting for their promotion at present; and (c) whether it is further a fact that the promotion made duringthe year 2011 and 2012 were against the prescribed criteria and favourites were preferred for promotion?
