Will the Minister for Finance, Revenue, Economic Affairs, be pleased to state: (a) whether there is any formula under which honoraria is being paid to employees of Military Finance Wing, Rawalpindi; (b) the details of honoraria paid to said employees during the last five years till date; (c) the name of officers working in said Wing on deputation basis during the said period alongwith the details thereof; and (d) the reasons for still working of said officers on their respective posts inspite of expiry of deputation tenure?

Will the Minister In-charge of the Establishment Division be pleased to state: (a) the names of officers of BPS-20 belong to Multan, Bhahawalpur and Dera Ghazi Khan Divisions, who have been considered for promotion by the Central Selection Board (CSB) since June 1, 2013; and (b) the names of officers of BPS-20 belong to said Division will be considered for promotion by CSB in the near future?

Will the Minister for Finance, Revenue and Economic Affairs be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that there is a difference between the family pension being paid by the State Bank (S.B.) Branch, Sukker and family pension being paid by other Branches of the State Bank of Pakistan to family members of deceased employees at present; if so, the justification thereof; (b) the names and addresses of widows of deceased employees who are receiving pension from the S.B. Branch, Sukkur at present alongwith the amount thereof; (c) the percentage of the pension amount being paid monthly to the family members of deceased employees from actual amount of pension by the S.B. Branch, Sukkur at present; and (d) the steps being taken by the Government to remove the said difference?

Will the Minister for Finance, Revenue and Economic Affairs be pleased to state: (a) the total number of persons appointed against the posts of AVPs and above on contract basis by the present President of the Zarai Taraqiati Bank Limited (ZTBL) alongwith the justification thereof; (b) the details including qualifications, salary packages and experiences of said persons; and (c) whether it is a fact that seniority of officers presently working in ZTBL have been disturbed thereby; if so, the details thereof?

Will the Minister In-charge of the Capital Administration and Development Division be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that the compensation has not been given to the affectees of the Sector E-12, Islamabad so far; if so, the reasons thereof; (b) the total number of affectees of the said Sector to whom plots have been allotted; and (c) the total number of affectees to whom plots have not been allotted so far alongwith the names and father’s names thereof?

Will the Minister for Interior be pleased to state: (a) whether the Ministry/concerned departments have taken notice of extortion under the name of parking/adda fee at Kallar Syedan Road, Rawat, Islamabad; if so, the details thereof; and (b) whether the Ministry/concerned departments have failed to control the same; if so, this is amount to abet the people who do this illegal practice; and (c) the steps being taken in this regard?

Will the Minister for Energy be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that a single phase meter bearing Account No.05143730996500 has been shifted to new location in village Darkali Shar Shah, Tehsil Kallar Syedan, District Rawalpindi and allotted thereto a new Account No. 05143730983401, recently; (b) whether it is also a fact that relevant quarter i.e. the Customer Services Officer (P), IESCO, Operation Division, Rawat, has failed to issue bill to the consumer against the said meter so far; if so, the reasons thereof; and (c) the steps being taken to issue electricity bill to the said consumer at the earliest?

Will the Minister for Law and Justice be pleased to state: (a) whether the Sacked Employees’ (Reinstatement) Ordinance, 2009 protected by Act No.XXII of 2010 or any later Act; (b) if so, which one out of said is being treated as final; and (c) whether the Sacked Employees’ (Reinstatement) Ordinance, 2009 and all other Sacked Employees Acts to be treated as Null and Void?
