Will the Minister for Railways be pleased to state: (a) the total length of Railways Tracks/Lanes in Balochistan at Present; (b) the total length of Railways tracks/lanes out of said are in a dilapidated condition in Balochistan at present; (c) the year wise total number of new tracks/lanes of Pakistan Railways laid in Balochistan during the last five years; and (d) whether there is any proposal under consideration of the Government to lay new Railway tracks/lanes in Balochistan in the near future;if so, the locations thereof?

Will the Minister In-charge of the Cabinet Secretariat be pleased to state: (a) the percentage of quota for recruitment allocated for Balochistan; and (b) the number of persons recruited on Balochistan quota during the last three years?

Will the Minister for Interior and Narcotics Control be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that the National Identity Cards of 5000 persons belonging to Loralai, Musa Khel and Barkhan (National Assembly Constituency No. 263) have been blocked; if so, the reasons alongwith the responsibles thereof; (b) the names, father?s names and addresses of the persons of the said areas whose National Identity Cards have been blocked during the last three years; (c) the time by which the said cards will be made active for those persons alongwith the prescribed procedure for activating those Cards; and (d) whether there is any proposal under consideration to simplify the procedure for issuing Computerized National Identity Cards; if so, when it will be implemented?

Will the Minister for Petroleum and Natural Resources be pleased to state the steps being taken by the Government to decrease the prices of petroleum products?

Will the Minister for Petroleum and Natural Resources be pleased to state whether the natural gas has not been provided to the people of Loralai, Barkhan and Musa Khel; if so, the reasons thereof alongwith the time by which the natural gas will be provided to the residents of the said areas?

Will the Minister for Water and Power be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that the total share of electricity for Balochistan is 1400 MW; (b) whether it is also a fact that total capacity of supply of the electricity transmission line in Balochistan is only 750 MW; (c) whether it is further a fact that the total 375 MW electricity is being supplied to Balochistan and total shortfall of electricity in the said province is 375 MW at present; (d) if the answers to part (a), (b) and (c) above are in the affirmative, the justification/reasons thereof?

Will the Minister for Petroleum and Natural Resources be pleased to state whether it is a fact that natural gas is not being supplied to Zhob and Loralai; if so, the reasons thereof?

Will the Minister for Industries and Production be pleased to state whether there is any proposal under consideration of the Government to decrease the prices of food items at Utility Stores; if so, when, if not the reasons thereof?

Will the Minister for Communications be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that the construction work of Loralai to Dera Ghazi Khan road has not been completed so far; if so, the time by which it will be completed; (b) whether it is also a fact that the funds have been released therefor; if so, the details thereof; and (c) the prescribed procedure of the NHA for release of funds for the construction of roads throughout the country?

Will the Minister for Petroleum and Natural Resources be pleased to state whether there is any proposal under consideration of the Government to supply Sui gas to Loralai Musa Khel and Barkhan; if so, when it will be implemented; if not, the reasons thereof?

Will the Minister In-charge of the Cabinet Secretariat be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that the Dermatologist has been performing night duty in Emergency Ward of CDA Hospital, Islamabad since long; if so, the justification thereof; and (b) whether there is a shortage of Doctors in the said Hospital; if so, the steps being taken in this regard?

Will the Minister for Education, Trainings and Standards in Higher Education be pleased to state whether there is any proposal under consideration of the Government to establish Agricultural University and Regional Office of Allama lqbal Open University at Loralai; if so, when it will be implemented?

Will the Minister Incharge of the Cabinet Secretariat be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that the Dermatologist has been performing night duty in Emergency Ward of CDA Hospital, Islamabad since long; if so, the justification thereof; and (b) whether there is a shortage of Doctors in the said Hospital; if so, the steps being taken in this regard?

Will the Minister for Communications be pleased to state whether there is any proposal under consideration of the Government to include the road from Rukni-Barkhan Duki to Lora Lai in the network of NHA; if so, the details; if not, the reasons thereof?

Will the Minister for Planning, Development and Reform be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that scholarships are being offered by the Centre for Health, Population and Social Policy (CPHSP), Pakistan Institute of Development Economics to the Students of Health Economics degree Program; (b) if so, the semester-wise names ofstudents, who had applied and were granted the scholarship alongwith total amount of funds allocated so far and its utilization since establishment thereof?

Will the Minister for Planning. Development and Reform be pleased to state the criteria adopted in the grading of marks to the students of Health Economics Department for the subject of Economics in the Pakistan Institute of Development Economics, Islamabad alongwith the details of anomaly detected in grading marks thereof?

Will the Minister for Defence be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that the agreements have been made with residents of colonies of the Loralai Cantt, Balochistan for hundred years; if so, the details thereof; and (b) the total monthly rent deposited in account of the Government therefrom alongwith the details thereof?

Will the Minister for Defence be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that ejectment notices have been issued to some of the residents of Loralai Cant, Balochistan; if so, as to why the rest of the residents have not been served the same notices; (b) the names and addresses of residents of said area to whom aforesaid notices have been issued alongwith the reasons thereof; (c) whether it is also a fact that a transparent inquiry will be conducted regarding said matter; and (d) whether any action will be taken against responsible thereof; if so, when it will be implemented; if not, the reasons thereof?
