Will the Minister for Finance, Revenue, Economics Affairs, Statistics and Privatization be pleased to state: (a) the percentage of foreign exchange of the country being earned fromthe Coastal Areas of Balochistan alongwith the percentage of foreign exchange being spent for the welfare of public in the said areas; and (b) whether it is a fact that the Costal Areas of Balochistan are being ignored if so, the special grant being made for the development of Costal Areas of Balochistan?

Will the Minister for Water and Power be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that the loadshedding of electricity is being carried out in Makran Division since long despite very low demand; if so, the reasons thereof; (b) whether it is also a fact that the electricity to certain Districts of the Balochistan had been provided for 18 hours when the diesel was comparatively expensive; and (c) whether it is further a fact that the electricity to the said Districts including Makran Division is being provided for 9 hours at present when the diesel is comparatively cheaper; if so, the reasons thereof?

Will the Minister In-charge of the Establishment Division be pleased to state: (a) the total number of persons appointed in the Federal Government Departments against the quota reserved for Balochistan during the last five years till date; and (b) the number of persons out of the above who are locals by birth alongwith the number of those who were not born in the Balochistan but have managed to obtain domiciles?
