Will the Minister for Petroleum and Natural Resources be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that thousands of workers have become jobless in the Punjab after the closure of CNG Stations during the last seven months despite investment of billions of rupees therein; (b) whether it is also a fact that the said stations were planned to be made functional in April, 2015 through supply of LNG; (c) if the answers to the parts (a) and (b) above are in the affirmative, the difficulties in reopening of said stations?

Will the Minister In-charge of the Capital Administration and Development Division be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that the provision of the medical treatment facilities to the citizens is their right and responsibility of the State under the Constitution; (b) whether it is also a fact that the Health Insurance Schemes have been introduced in developed countries to meet additional expenditure incurred upon medical treatment; (c) if the answers to parts (a) and (b) above are in affirmative, the reasons for not encouraging multinational companies to control the prices of medicines in the country?

Will the Minister for Finance, Revenue, Economic Affairs, Statistics and Privatization be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that a scam of inflicting losses of 178 million rupees to the national exchequer has come to fore in which more than 100 goods containers have shadily been cleared by the customs intelligence from the Margalla Dry Port; and (b) whether the Clearing Agent, Appraiser Customs, Inspector Customs and Importer are involved in the said scam; if so, the time by which punishments will be given to them?
