Will the Minister Incharge of the Capital Administration and Development Division be pleased to state: (a) whether is is a fact that the hight of boundary wall of Islamabad Model School, G-9/2, Islamabad is less than the prescribed standard, if so, the time by which the same will be increased; and (b) whether it is also a fact that washrooms and building of the said school are in dilapidated condition, if so, the time by which the same will be repaired / whitewashed?

Will the Minister Incharge of the Cabinet Division be pleased to state whether it is a fact that water supply pipelines laid on roofs of residential blocks in sector G-9/2, Islamabad, have got rusted and are unserviceable, if so, the time by which the same will be replaced?

Will the Minister Incharge of the Capital Administration and Development Division be pleased to state: (a) the number of girl students who appeared and those who passed the 9th class annual examination 2013 in Arts, Science and Computer Group from Islamabad Model College for Girls G-9/2 Islamabad; and (b) whether it is a fact that the Principal of the College remains absent and the College is being run by the Vice Principal?

Will the Minister for Water and Power be pleased to state: (a) whether the electricity connections provided by TAESCO to Marble and Furnace Industrial units in Mohammand Agency are legal, if so, whether NOC was obtained from the then Ministry of Environment for those connections; (b) whether electricity meters have been installed in the said industrial units; (c) whether the electricity bills of the said units are being paid regularly, if so, the account under which the same are being deposited; and (d) the details of the bills paid by the said units during the last three years?

Will the Minister for States and Frontier Region be pleased to state whether it is a fact that compensation has not been paid so far to the owners of land acquired by the Government for construction of Ghallani Miangan Akhwanzadgan, Yousaf Khel Dam in Mohmand Agency, if so, the reasons thereof and the time by which it will be paid?

Will the Minister for States and Frontier Regions be pleased to state: (a) the amount allocated for the construction of Mohmand Gandow Dam at Ghallanai, Tehsil Halimazai, so far; (b) the details of land acquired for the said Dam indicating also the rate / price at which the same was acquired; (c) the amount allocated for payment of compensation to the effectees of the said Dam so far; (d) the number of effectees of that Dam who have been paid compensation and the rate at which the same was paid; and (e) the name, experience and expertise of the company to which the contract for construction of the said Dam has been awarded?

Will the Minister Incharge of the Capital Administration and Development Division be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that the teachers of science subjects have not been posted so far in the Federal Government schools and colleges which have recently been given status of model schools and colleges, if so, its reasons; and (b) the time by which the said teachers will be posted in those schools and colleges?

Will the Minister Incharge of the Capital Administration and Development Division be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that Federal Government Junior Model Schools were upgraded as Islamabad Model Schools in 2010; (b) whether it is also a fact that there is a difference in syllabus and cadres of teachers serving in the said Schools and Islamabad Model Colleges for Boys and Islamabad Model Colleges for Girls, if so, the reasons for this disparity; and (c) the time by which the said disparity will be removed?

Will the Minister for Petroleum and Natural Resources be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that safety valves installed with sui gas meters in Sector G-9/2, Islamabad, have been removed, if so, its reasons; and (b) whether there is any proposal under consideration of the Government to re-install the said valves, if so, when?

Will the Minister for States and Frontier Regions be pleased to state: (a) the names, designations, grades and date of appointment of the persons appointed in Fata Development Authority (FDA) on regular, contract and daily wages basis during the last five years indicating also the salary, allowances and other fringe benefits admissible to them; (b) the rules / procedure adopted for the appointment of the said persons; (c) whether it is a fact that there is an “urgency clause” in the FDA rules under which the Chief Executive of the said Authority is empowered to make appointment, if so, the details thereof; and (d) the names, designation, grades and dates of appointment and termination of the persons appointed by the Chief Executive of that authority under the said clause during that period indicating also the pay, allowances and other fringe benefits admissible to them?

Will the Minister for States and Frontier Regions be pleased to state: (a) the number of sanctioned scheduled, non scheduled and project posts in BPS-16 and above in the FATA Secretariat and its attached departments; (b) the names, designations and educational qualifications of the persons appointed in the said Secretariat and its attached departments since 2009 indicating also the criteria laid down for eligibility for appointment against each of those posts; (c) the names and date of appointments of officers from the Provincial Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa who have been posted against various posts in that Secretariat and its attached departments at present; and (d) the names and grades of the officers of FATA Development Authority working against the scheduled and project posts at present?

Will the Minister for States and Frontier Regions be pleased to state the number of skill training centers established by or working under the administrative control of FATA Development Authority (FDA) at present?

Will the Minister for Housing and Works be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that the allotees of plots in Sector G-14/1-2-3 have not been given possession of plots despite the lapse of 12 years and depositing full payments of their plots, if so, the reasons thereof; and (b) whether it is also a fact that land of sub-sector 1 of the said sector has not been got vacated from its occupants so far, if so, the reasons thereof and the time by which the same will be get vacated?

Will the Minister for Housing and Works be pleased to state whether it is a fact that Government has decided to develop the newly opened Sector F-14 on priority basis while ignoring the development of other sectors opened many years ago, if so, the reasons thereof?

Will the Minister for Law and Justices be pleased to state: (a) the punishment prescribe in the country’s law and in shariah law for the persons involved in cases of child molestation; (b) whether Islamic injunctions have been included in the country’s law for the said crime, if so, the details thereof; and (c) whether there is any proposal under consideration of the Government to make legislation for public hanging of the persons involved in that crime, if so, the time by which the same will be brought before the Parliament if so?
