Will the Minister for Water and Power be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that the employees have started three days protest against the privatization of the Water and Power Development Authority (WAPDA); (b) whether it is also a fact that the Hydro Electric Workers Union, Collective bargaining Agant (CBA) in-tends to go on Pendown Strike and lock up offices of WAPDA and the said strike is in Process since 3-3- 2015; (c) the number of free electricity units being utilized by each employee of BPS 1 to 16 in WAPDA; (d) if the answers to parts (a) and (b) above are in the affirmative, the percentage of allowances being received by the employees under the head of TA/DA, late duty, annual bonus and honorary pay along with the details thereof?

Will the Minister In-charge of the Aviation Division be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that new Islamabad Airport is being constructed near Fateh Jang Road; (b) whether it is also a fact that the said Airport will be made operational for routine flights during November, 2016; (c) if the answers to part (a) and (b) above are in the affirmative, whether arrangements have been made over-there for direct flights to New York; and (d) the flights of which airlines will be started therefrom along with the name of countries and details thereof?

Will the Minister for Water and Power be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that India has started water terrorism against Pakistan; (b) whether it is also a fact that the rivers of Pakistan have reached dead level and 13 million acres of agricultural land is being affected therefrom; (c) whether it is further a fact that 30% and 20% water in rivers Sindh and Jehlum has decreased respectively thereby; (d) if answers to parts (a), (b) and (c) above are in the affirmative, the number of under construction projects to preserve water through alternative sources in order to utilize water before it falls into sea, alongwith the details thereof?

Will the Minister In-charge of the Cabinet Division be pleased to state: (a) the date on which the last poverty survey under the Benazir Income Support Programme (BISP) was carried out; (b) whether there is any proposal under consideration of the Government to carryout new poverty survey under BISP; if so, when; if not, the reasons thereof; (c) whether it is a fact that there are many in eligible people who are taking money under the said programme; if so, the action taken in this regard so far; and (d) whether there are many people to whom amount under the said programme is being sent but they are not receiving that amount as they think that this is not their right; if so, the action taken by the BISP in this regard?

Will the Minister In-charge of the Cabinet Division be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that the Capital Development Authority has been carring out mosquito killer fumigation/spray every year in the drains alongside the residential areas of Islamabad; if so, the locations thereof; (b) whether it is also a fact that such spray has not been made during the year 2015; and (c) if the answers to parts (a) and (b) above are in the affirmative, the time by which steps would be taken for eradication of dengue and other malignant diseases?

Will the Minister for National Food Security and Research be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that sub-standard cotton and un-certified cotton seeds have caused irreparable loss to our national economy; (b) whether it is also a fact that the production of cotton is decreasing thereby; (c) if the answers to parts (a) and (b) above are in the affirmative, the steps being taken by cotton research institutes in this regard?

Will the Minister for National Health Services, Regulations and Coordination be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that the medicines for the treatment of Hepatitis C Virus and Hepatitis B Virus are extremely costly and are out of the reach of poors; (b) whether there is any proposal under consideration of the Government to ensure the availability of the said medicines on subsidized rates in the country; and (c) the time by which the Pharmaceutical Companies manufacturing spurious medicines will be punished through fines and cancellation of licences?

Will the Minister for Federal Education and Professional Training be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that a letter has been issued/sent by the Higher Education Commission (HEC) to all Federal Government Institutions during the year 2013 and 2014 in pursuance of which employees having bogus degrees and fake domiciles have been terminated; (b) whether Supreme Court, High Courts, Senate Secretariat, National Assembly Secretariat, Prime Minister’s Office, President Secretariat, Parliamentary Affairs and Law and Justice Divisions fall under the purview of the HEC; (c) if the answers to parts (a) and (b) above are in affirmative, whether it is also a fact that the persons/employees serving under fake and bogus documents are affecting adversely the official performances and violating the rights of deserving persons; if so, the details thereof?

Will the Minister In-charge of the Cabinet Division be pleased to state: (a) the total number of daily wages employees working in the Benazir Income Support Programme (BISP) in the country alongwith names, domiciles, dates of birth and initial dates of their appointments; (b) whether there is any proposal under consideration of the Government to regularize the services of said daily wages employees; if not, the reasons thereof; (c) the total number of contract employees working in the BISP in the country alongwith the status thereof; (d) whether it is a fact that there are many officers/officials working in BISP whose deputation periods have expired and they are still working therein; if so, the justification thereof; and (e) the names and designations of said employees whose period of deputation has expired?

Will the Minister for Interior and Narcotics Control be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that the immigration duty is being performed by Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) at airports in the country due to which illegal Boarding and Human Trafficking scandals are often surfaced therein; (b) whether it is also a fact that stories of support to fake passengers by FIA are behind the tussle of FIA’s corrupt officials with Airlines Staff, Airport Security Force, Civil Aviation Staff, Anti Narcotics and Custom Staff at Airports; (c) if answers to parts (a) and (b) above are in affirmative, whether there is any proposal under consideration of the Government to assign the immigration duty at airports to the immigration department; if so, when it will be implemented; if not, the reasons thereof?
