Will the Minister for Federal Education and Professional Training be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that the applications for appointments of non-teaching staff/Assistant Private Secretaries (BPS-16) in the Quaid-e-Azam University (QAU), Islamabad were invited in March, 2016; if so, the total number thereof; (b) whether it is also a fact that the pay orders of Rs.1000/- were received from the applicants therefor; if so, the total amount collected therefrom; (c) whether it is further a fact that the appointments have not been made thereon so far; if so, the reasons thereof; (d) the time by which appointments will be made thereon; and (e) whether it is also further a fact that applications for appointments were received by the QAU for the same posts during the year 2013?

(Company); if so, the reasons thereof; (b) whether a clause was not added in the agreement regarding the dispute of land as a whole or any part thereof or the land is not suitable for a Housing Scheme would be liable to the said Company; if so, the reasons thereof; (c) when the case was decided by the Supreme Court and NAB had facilitated an agreement between the FGEHF and the said Company and the reasons of pendency of the case of the said Housing Society in Civil Court at present; (d) the time since when the said case is subjudice; (e) the total number of hearings of the said case held so far alongwith the present status thereof; and (f) the steps being taken by the Ministry to pursue the said case at war footing basis and execute the Scheme as early as possible?
