Will the Minister for Capital Administration and Development be pleased to state: (a) the date on which National Institute of Rehabilitation Medicine (NIRM) started functioning; (b) the names and grade of Medical Officers and Specialists appointed in the said institute so far indicating also the grade in which they were initially appointed, (c) the procedure adopted for promotion of said Medical Officers and Specialists; and (d) whether any service structure for the said doctors has been framed, if not, whether there is any proposal under consideration of the Government to do so, if so, when?

Will the Minister for Water and Power be pleased to state: (a) the number of transformers in Gojra, District Toba Tek Sing which are out of order for the last two months; (b) whether it is a fact that the said transformers have not been repaired or replaced so far, if so, the reasons thereof and the time by which the same will be repaired or replaced; and (c) whether it is also a fact that commercial customers in the area being forced to pay for the repairing of those transformers, if so, its reasons?

Will the Minister for Textile Industry be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that Government has allowed liberal import of cotton yarn form India, if so, its reasons; and (b) whether it is also a fact that the said import has badly affected the local cotton industry, if so, the steps being taken by the Government to save the local cotton industry in the country?

Will the Minister Incharge of the Capital Administration and Development Division be pleased to state : (a) whether the design for signal free Islamabad Express Highway project has been finalized, if so, the details thereof; (b) the original dates for commencement and completion of work on the said project; (c) the steps taken/being taken by the Government to ensure smooth flow of traffic during the execution of that project; and (d) whether there is any proposal under consideration of the Government to construct “Purpose Built” bus stops and to offer operation of Bus service to any local/international company on BOT basis on the said Expressway, if so, the details thereof?

Will the Minister Incharge of the Capital Administration and Development Division be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that the services of persons appointed on deputation basis in the institutions under the administration control of the Federal Directorates of Education are regularized after five years of service as per policy of the Government; and (b) whether it is also a fact that the services of a number of persons who have been working in the said institutions on deputation basis for more than five years have not been regularized so far, if so, the reasons thereof and the time by which their services will be regularized?

Will the Minister Incharge of the Aviation Division be pleased to state: (a) the number of Hujjaj airlifted from Faisalabad during Hajj, 2016 indicating also the number of PIA flights operated from the said city for that purpose; (b) whether it is a fact that flight PK 764 from Jeddah to Faisalabad on 17th September, 2016 was cancelled and rescheduled as Jeddah-Islamabad instead of Jehhad-Faisalabad without any prior intimation to General Authority of Civil Aviation (GACA), if so, the reasons thereof; (c) whether it is also a fact that the passengers / Hujjaj of the said flight were assured of provision of hotel / accommodation and other facilities at Jeddah Hajj Terminal by the Station Manager, Macca / country Manager but the same were not provided to them by the shift inchrage and Country Manager at airport and they were stranded there for 16 hours, if so, the reasons thereof; and (d) whether any Hajj Tour Operator has lodged a complaint against PIA on the said issue, if so, the action taken thereon and the time by which the affectees / Hujjaj of the said flight will be compensated for the said mismanagement?

Will the Minister for Commerce be pleased to state: (a) the amount of foreign exchange spent on import of fertilizers since June, 2011; and (b) the names of the agencies through which the said fertilizers were distributed/sold?

Will the Minister for Finance, Revenue and Planning and development be pleased to state: (a) the amount of loans granted by the Zari Taraqiati Bank of Pakistan to farmers since 2006 with year-wise and province-wise breakup; (b) whether it is a fact that the bank charges amount of insurance from borrowers, if so, the amount of insurance so charged; and (c) the amount of loans paid to farmers belonging to natural calamity and flood affected areas during the said period and concession, if any, provided to them in view of their sufferings?
