(a) whether it is a fact that water being supplied to Fateh Jang City from water supply scheme at Shahpur Dam is becoming polluted due to the surrounding hotels, glass and fertilizer factories which is causing citizens suffering from heart, kidney, liver and cancer diseases; if so, the steps taken so far to control it; (b) whether it is also a fact that due to storage of sulphur in open place, being produced from Dakhni Oil Field, the citizens of adjacent locality are suffering from heart, lungs and liver diseases; and (c) whether it is further a fact that the water of puddles, ponds and aquifers has become poisonous and undrinkable for human beings as well as animals due to which fish-farming is impossible as fish cannot survive in such water; if so, the protective steps taken so far in this regard?
