Will the Minister for National Health Services, Regulations and Coordination be pleased to state: (a) hospital-wise details of the peoples who have benefited from the medical attendance and treatment facility since the launch of the health cards by the Federal Government; (b) whether the hospital regularly recognize such cards; (c) whether the concerned authorities have received any complaint from any person of denial of medical attendance and treatment from designated hospitals; 37 (d) if so, the details thereof alongwith action taken in this regard; and (e) whether there is any authority exists where the Cardholder can appeal or lodge a complaint in case the medical treatment or attendance is denied in approved hospitals; (f) if so, the details thereof; if not, reasons thereof; and (g) what steps are being taken by the Government in this regard?

Will the Minister for Water Resources be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that the Baran Dam, which falls under the administrative jurisdiction of Bannu District of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, was planned to upgrade/up-raise and de-silt in recent days; (b) details of funds with break-up of each funds allocated, released and used for this purpose since the inception of the project; (c) what is the latest status of the upgradation of the project; and (d) the time by which upgradation of this project will be completed?

Will the Minister for Energy (Petroleum Division) be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that in recent years a scam of ghost employees has surfaced in Sui Northern Gas Pipelines Limited (SNGPL); (b) if so, whether such scam has been investigated; (c) if so, the details thereof; if not, the reasons thereof; (d) the details of responsible in departments/attached offices regarding their absence from duties for such scam; and (e) details of action taken against the responsible ones alongwith those employees?

Will the Minister for Communications be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that the Kohat-Gambila Road is in bad condition; (b) whether it is also a fact that in recent years, it has not been rebuilt or upgraded; if so, reasons thereof; and (c) what steps are being taken by the Government for the reconstruction, maintenance or upgradation of the said road?
