Will the Minister for Federal Education and Professional Training be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that all the Universities are being regulated under the charter of Higher Education Commission prescribing all the details including the land/areas facilities like hostels, etc. which are not available in all the Colleges/ Universities of Islamabad having students coming from the entire country; (b) whether these Universities fulfill the criteria of HEC which is a regularity authority; and (c) whether the authorities concerned will ensure the facilities of hostels; if so, details; if not, reasons thereof?
