Will the Minister for Health be pleased to state:- (a) Is it a fact that all over the world child and infant mortality has come down but in Sindh it has gone up. Infant mortality from 74 to 82 per 1000 live birth. Under five years child mortality from 89 to 104 per 1000 deaths which is deplorable and shameful; (b) If answer to (a) above is affirmative, the reasons thereof?

Will the Minister for Environment be pleased to state:- Warning letters/ challans issued to industries that are creating pollutions through their disposals along with industries sealed by this agency that is creating environmental hazards?
