Will the Minister In-charge of the Cabinet Division be pleased tostate: (a) whether it is a fact that cellular phone signals are poor or non-existent in Upper Dir and other regions causing significant communication difficulties; (b) if so, whether the Government has recognized this issue; and (c) what steps are being taken by the Government to ensure that cellular companies improve their signal coverage and service quality?
