Will the Minister for Communications be pleased to state: (a} what is the current status of Chakdara-Chitral road and Chitra/-Gilgit-Baltistan road; (b) year ll' ise funds reserved, released and utilized on the aforesaid project during the lastfh •eyeari;; (c) phase-wise work details on the project and whether the work was started as per schedule; (d) if so, the details thereof: if not. the reasons thereof; (e) whether any international loan was taken for the project.- if so, the details thereof: (/) if such project is not completed within the prescribed period, whether such loan had been used elsewhere except aforesaid project: and (g) ·what steps are being taken by the Government to complete the aforesaid project at the earliest?

Will the Minister In-charge of the Cabinet Division be pleased tostate: (a) whether it is a fact that cellular phone signals are poor or non-existent in Upper Dir and other regions causing significant communication difficulties; (b) if so, whether the Government has recognized this issue; and (c) what steps are being taken by the Government to ensure that cellular companies improve their signal coverage and service quality?

Will the Minister for Water Resources be pleased to state: (a) the current status of the net hydel profit share due, for the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP), including the total outstanding amount as of the most recent data available; (b) the reasons for the pendency in disbursing the outstanding amount to the KP including the any administrative, financial or procedural issues contributing to the delay; and (c) the steps being taken by the Government to address and resolve the outstanding payments, expedite the payment process and ensure timely future disbursements?
