Will the Minister for Finance and Revenue be pleased to state: (a) details of the outstanding amount under each head which is outstanding against Federal Government, is to be paid at present to Government of the Khyber Pakhtun khawa under different constitutional legal obligation; (b) if so, the reasons for not paying such outstanding amount tothe Khyber Pakhtunkhwa; and (c) what steps are being taken by the Government to pay such outstanding amount to Khyber Pakhtunkhawa at the earliest?

Will the Minister for Finance and Revenue be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that a fire recently broke out in Accountant General Pakistan Revenue (AGPR), Islamabad resulting in damage to both hardware and software records; (b) if so, the details of the estimated damage in terms of value and volume of records separately for software and hardware alongwith the impact of the loss on systems of AGPR and the Government employees; (c) whether it is also a fact that there have been similar incidents in the past in AGPR; if so, were forensic audits conducted using modern techniques to investigate these incidents, particularly the latest one, to determine if negligence was a factor; (d) if so, the details of the individuals responsible for such incidents and the actions taken against each; if not, the reasons thereof; and (e) what measures are being taken to prevent such incidents in the future?

Will the Minister for Interior be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that names of MNAs and MPAs have been placed either on No Fly List or ECL along-with its justification thereof; and (b) what steps are being taken by the Government to remove their names from aforesaid lists?

Will the Minister for Law and Justice be pleased to state: (a) whether there is any proposal under consideration by the Government to review laws in particular Civil Procedure Code (CPC) and Pakistan Penal Code (PPC) in order to ensure inexpensive and speedy justice; (b) if so, the details thereof; if not, the reasons thereof?
