Will the Minister for Interior be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that work on Information Technology Projects carried out by Universal Services Fund (USF), have been kept pending in District South Waziristan (Upper & Lower) for want of security clearance; (b) if so, the details thereof; and (c) whether the hindrance in security has been cleared as students are suffering due to lack of 3G and 4G internet services?
