Will the Minister for National Food Security and Research be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that Government has made strategy for ensuring food security for the people in the country; and (b) if so, the details thereof; if not, the reasons thereof; and (c) whether it is also a fact that staple food is not being procured properly as a result formers are facing acute difficulties; if so, the detail thereof?
