Will the Minister for Energy (Power Division) be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that a private individual was assigned an electrical task by the responsible functionaries in the Sub- Division Chunian, District Kasur and tragically the individual’s arms are badly injured while performing the task; (b) whether it is also a fact that the assigning such a task to a private individual by the aforementioned officials is beyond their authority; (c) if so, what disciplinary measures are being undertaken in response to any misconduct and negligence committed by the SDO, XEN or any other officials involved therein; (d) if so, what steps are being taken to provide financial compensation and support to the individual and its family and hold those responsible accountable?
