Will the Minister In-charge of the Cabinet Division be pleased to state: (a) the details of the touring party accompanying the Pakistan Cricket Team to the T-20 World Cup 2024, excluding the cricket team alongwith the capacity in which each individual traveled with the team; (b) justification for the inclusion of each individual in the touring party; (c) whether it is a fact that new portfolios were created to accommodate additional members of the touring party; (d) if so, the justification for this decision and comparison of these positions to those of high ranking teams in the World Cup, which amounts to favoritism and nepotism; (e) what measures are being adopted to implement and ensure good governance system; and (f) what further steps are being taken to elevate the team to the level of the top ranked teams in the world?

Will the Minister for Finance and Revenue be pleased to state: (a) whether the Federal Government has taken notice of the fact that the Revenue Department, Muzaffargarh, has not deposited the amount collected for the Federation under various heads in the account of the Government; (b) if so, whether the Government is cognizant of the fact that the officers and staff of the Revenue Department, Muzaffargarh, Punjab and Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) are involved in the scam; (c) if so, the steps being taken by the Government to recover the said amount and to take disciplinary action against those who were involved in the said scam?

Will the Minister for Finance and Revenue be pleased to state: (a) the total amount collected from food outlets in the capital under the head of General Sales Tax (GST) as mandated by law on the final invoices over the past three financial years including the current financial year; (b) which methods are employed to reconcile these collections to determine their accuracy; 25 (c) whether the Government has taken notice of the fact that numerous outlets particulaly those located in the capital's economic centre and popular tourist destinations such as Shakar Parian and Margalla Hill are reportedly engaged in the practice of misreporting or under-invoicing of such collections allegedly in connivance with tax officials; if so, derails thereof; (d) what corrective and punitive actions are being implemented against those who violate of regulations and also those who have assist them, in order to ensure accountability and guarantee that all funds collected from the public are duly remitted to the national treasury?

Will the Minister for Interior be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that the Capital Development Authority (CD(A) has leased out land at tourist places in the capital, especially at Shakar Parian and Margallah Hills National Parks; (b) if so, the terms and conditions of these leases and are they permissible under the authority’s rules, considering the protected area status; (c) whether the authority has noticed that the lessees of such land have allegedly excessively encroached beyond the leased boundaries, engaging in illegal activities that damage the environment of protected areas and pollute the surroundings; if so, the details thereof; and\ (d) what corrective and punitive measures are being taken by the Government to ensure that the lessees must stay within the limits of the leasedout land and hold violators accountable and further protect the areas from pollution and environmental damage?

Will the Minister for Interior be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that the parking lots in Islamabad, that have been auctioned by the Metropolitan Corporation Islamabad, or the Capital Development Authority (CDA) during the past five years, including the terms and conditions of these auctions such as the duration of the lease, fees and operational guidelines; (b) details the annual revenues generated from each of these parking lots over the last five years and the utilization thereof, particularly in the absence of a Local Government System in Islamabad; (c) whether the Government has taken notice of the establishment of unauthorized parking lots or the extension of existing parking lots beyond their designated boundaries, allegedly in connivance with personnel of concerned departments, which amount to extortion; (d) if so, what measures are being taken by the Government to address the issue of unauthorized parking lots and hold accountable those involved in such activities?

Will the Minister for National Health Services, Regulations and Coordination be pleased to state: (a) the names of regulatory departments overseeing various health sectors, their initial targets for formation and performance, the extent to which these targets have been achieved and the current status of pending business in each department; (b) details of complaints lodged against each department in the last three years, including the forums used, numbers of resolved versus pending complaints, reasons for any delays made and the implementation status of resolved complaints; (c) whether it is a fact that there are allegedly allegations that these departments operate in a “mafia-like” manner, making it difficult for individuals to obtain services assigned to them; (d) if so, what punitive and corrective measures are being implemented to address such a menace within these departments and to enhance governance and accountability?

Will the Minister In-charge of the Cabinet Division be pleased to refer to the Starred Question No.19 replied on 26-8-2024 and to state: (a) who was held responsible for poor performance of Pakistan Cricket Team in ICC T-20 World Cup 2024; (b) the role, which was assigned to each person, especially between Team Manager including expenditures incurred on their tour and who borne such expenditures; and (c) the details of the persons removed from management after the said World Cup and reasons thereof?
