Will the Minister for Finance and Revenue be pleased to state: ( a) the details of subsidies, which were being given to farme reither directly or indirectly during the last five years; (b) whether such subsidies made beneficial to farmers or not during said period any assessment has been made in recent years in order to determine factual position in this regard; (c) whether or not such subsidies make beneficial to farmers; if so, the details thereof; and (d) what steps are being taken by the Government to make more transparent and effective system to transfer aforesaid subsidies to farmer directly?

Will the Minister for Water Resources be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that the country is facing a significant water scarcity issue, particularly affecting low-lying riparian areas like Sindh, resulting in difficulties for farmers to irrigate their crops and reports are indicating deviations from the Water Accord of 1991 in terms of water flow; (b) if so, the details and reasons for these changes; (c) whether the Federal Government has engaged with the respective Provincial Governments regarding aforesaid matter; and (d) what steps are being taken by the Government to ensure that Sindh receives its due share of water and to protect the interests of low-lying riparian areas?
