Will the Minister for Interior be pleased to state: (a) the names of the cities where Passport Offices are existing at present; and (b) whether there is any Passport Office in Karachi District Central and West; if not, the reasons thereof?

Will the Minister for Planning, Development and Special Initiatives be pleased to state what is the current status of the K-4 project started under the Public Sector Development Programme (PSDP) as to when said project will be completed and the total cost will be incurred thereon?

Will the Minister for Interior be pleased to state: (a) whether Federal Government can help in completion of safe city project for the elimination of street crimes in Karachi; (b) if so, the details thereof?

Will the Minister for Energy (Power Division) be pleased to state: (a) whether there is any plan to fix the electricity tariff by including all taxes at certain amount so that consumers can know that they have to pay according to the fixed charges of the units they consumed, as most of the complaint are about electricity tariff slabs and taxes; (b) whether is there any proposal is under consideration by the Government to include all taxes in a specific amount; (c) if so, the time by which it will be implemented; if not, the reasons thereof?

Will the Minister for Energy (Petroleum Division) be pleased to state: (a) the reasons of loadshedding of Gas in Karachi especially in Orangi Town and Hyderabad, alongwith in urban areas of Sindh; (b) the reasons for over-billing despite the said loadshedding; (c) if answers to part (a) and (b) above are in affirmative, the time by which the public will be given a complete relief from load shedding of Gas?

Will the Minister for Communications be pleased to state: (a) what steps are being taken by the Government to control the frequent accidents at Karachi-Hyderabad (M-9) Motorway that cost the loss of precious lives, arbitrary fare charges, teasing of passengers without reason, provision of substandard services and overspeeding by bus services; (b) whether it is possible to impose a penalty on bus services for the loss of precious lives in case of accidents and money should be provided to the affected passengers or their families; (c) if so, the time by which it will be implemented alongwith complete details?

Will the Minister for Industries and Production be pleased to state: (a) the problems faced by local mobile phones manufacturing companies alongwith the steps taken to resolve them; and (b) what further steps are being taken to decrease the import and to increase the export of locally manufactured mobile phones?

Will the Minister for Climate Change and Environmental Coordination be pleased to state: (a) the steps being taken by the Government to combat climate change in Pakistan, which is the most affected country by climate change; (b) the further steps taken so far, for stopping green house gases emission, reducing environmental pollution, plantation campaign and installation of climate change monitoring devices in the country; (c) whether financial assistance is being provided by any international organization in this regard; (d) if so, the detail thereof and the heads under which it is being utilized?

Will the Minister for Information Technology and Telecommunication be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that Universal Service Fund, an attachedbody of the Ministry is playing an active role in providing broadband services to remote and backward areas of the country and does not take even a single rupee from the Government in its projects; (b) whether it is also a fact that in 2013 the Government had borrowed 61 billion rupees loan from the fund of the said institution and only about Rs.20 billion have been returned during last eleven years, while as per SIFC decision, the remaining amount must be paid in three equal installments; (c) if so, what extent it has been implemented and the time by which 40 billion rupees will be returned so that the service providing projects for backward areas may continue?
