Will the Minister for Law and Justice be pleased to state: (a) the details of the names and their offices in the Federal Government where officers and officials are involved in corruption and embezzlement of money and they are facing inquiries on aforesaid account; {b) if so. the details thereof if not, the reasons thereof and (c) what steps, the Government has taken to remove the employees involved in corruption and embezzlement?

Will the Ministerfor law and Justice bepleased to state: (a) the details of the special banking courts which are still not functioning due to delay in appointment of Honourable Judges of aforesaid courts in Sindh: if so. the detail thereof; and (i the time by ·which the aforesaid courts will be functional

Will the Minister for Defence be pleased to state: (a) whether National Cadet Corps (NCC) and girls guide training programme have been abolished in Intermediate Colleges in Sindh; (b) in which provinces NCC training is still implemented in Intermediate Colleges level; and (c) Ministry has any proposal under consideration to resume above said training in Sindh; if not, the reasons thereof?

Will the Minister for Federal Education and Professional Training be pleased to state: (a) the total number of students who got scholarships/stipends in the Public Higher Education Institutes/Degree awarding Universities throughout the country; and (b) the province-wise details of number of students who have availed this stipend/scholarship during the last five years?
