Will the Minister for Interior be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that there is a huge problem of water in Street Nos.7, 8 and 9 of Rawal Town, Islamabad and due to lack of water supply, when residents of the said area contact Capital Development Authority (CDA) to require the water tankers, CDA also refuses to provide it; (b) the number of complaints received by CDA during the last five years in this regard with details thereof; (c) whether this problem is going on a long time, the details of steps taken to resolve the said problem alongwith the action taken against responsible; (d) if so, as to why connection is not provided to the above said streets from tubewell in order to resolve this problem permanently; and (e) the time by which said problem will be resolved?

Will the Minister for Finance and Revenue be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that a large number of eligible and qualified employees, specifically Senior Auditors (BS-16) in AGPR Office, have been waiting for promotion to the position of Assistant Accounts Officer (BS-17) for several years, despite there being no court injunctions affecting these promotions; (b) whether it is also a fact that operations of AGPR are being carried out by irregular incumbents posted as OPS on key posts of Assistant Accounts Officers (BS-17) for years rather than promoting qualified eligible incumbents that might have potential malafide intentions, raises concerns in transparency and fairness in financial operations; (c) whether it is not the case that denying qualified employees their rightful promotion constitutes a violation of their fundamental rights as safeguarded by the Constitution of Pakistan; and (d) the time by which vacant posts of Assistant Accounts OfficersM of AGPR will be filled by qualified Senior Auditors?

Will the Minister for Energy (Petroleum Division) be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that the problem of low Gas pressure in Rawal Town, Islamabad has been going on for a long time and the residents are facing a lot of difficulties; (b) if so, the steps being taken by the Government to solve this issue, and (c) the time by which above said issue would be resolved?
