Will the Minister for Energy (Petroleum Division) he pleased to state: (a) the number of petroleum concession agreements signed by the Government with oil and gas companies during the last five years indicating also the concessions for companies operating in the Sindh; (b) the location of wells drilled by the said companies under those agreements indicating also the quantum of oil and gas discovered from the same in each case; and (c) whether it is a fact that some of the said companies have not conformed to those agreements; (d) if so, the action taken by the Government against them?

Will the Minister for Communications be pleased to state: (a) the province-wise break-up names and locations of ongoing projects of National Highway Authority (NHA) in the country; (b) the amount allocated for each project during the fiscal year 2023-24: and (c) the total amount released and utilized out of the aforesaid allocated amount separately?

Will the Minister for Planning, Development and Special Initiatives be pleased to state: (a) what specific steps are being taken by the Ministry implemented or planned to address the challenges associated with the growth of Pakistan's population over recent years; (b) how is the Ministry coordinating with other governmental and non governmental organizations to ensure the effective management of resources infrastructure development and socio-economic impact resulting from the raising population; (c) whether the youth population is growing in Pakistan, whether the currently disparity is observed between the number of job seekers and available employment opportunities; (d) if so, what strategies and programmes are being planned for implementing to address this issue?
