Will the Minister for Housing and Works be pleased to state: (a) the dates on which notifications under section 4 Land Acquisition Act, 1894, for acquisition of land by the Federal Government Employees Housing Foundation (FGEHF) in Bara Kahu, Park Road, Sector F-14 and F-15, Islamabad were issued; (b) whether the land at the said areas is being purchased from the landlords or the middlemen indicating also the per kanal price fixed for each area and the criteria adopted for fixation of the same; (c) whether it is a fact that the said Foundation failed to purchase land in those areas soon after issuance of the notifications, if so, the reasons thereof; (d) whether it is also a fact that the land at the said sites has been purchased by the middlemen and now the Foundation has to purchase it from them at exorbitant rates, if so, the reasons thereof; and (e) whether it is further a fact that mushroom encroachments have been made on the said sites, if so, the steps taken/being taken by the Government to demolish the same?

Will the Minister for Housing and Works be pleased to state: (a) the amount deposited/paid by the allottees of Officer’s Housing Scheme, Kurri Road, Islamabad as per statements issued by each bank, holding those accounts on 1st July of each year since 2012 indicating also the deposits, withdrawal, taxes deducted and profit debited to each account by the banks; (b) the amount spent on each work of the said scheme during the said period with year wise breakup; and (c) the difference between the net deposits in the said accounts and expenditures?

Will the Minister for Housing and Works be pleased to state: (a) the names of allottees of the Officers’ Housing Scheme, Kurri Road, Islamabad indicating also the number and category of house allotted, amount of the house, down payment and installments deposited and amount due in each case; (b) the present status of construction work on the said scheme and the time by which the same will be completed; (c) the names of contractors/companies who have been awarded contracts for construction work of each category of houses in that scheme indicating also the past experience and projects completed and the details of machinery and technical staff possessed by each contractor/company required for the job; and (d) the present status of work done on the double road for access of that scheme to CDA Park Enclave Scheme as intimated to the allottees in July, 2011?

Will the Minister for Inter-Provincial Coordination be pleased to state: (a) the number of inquiries held so far in the incidents of match fixing and spot fixing in cricket in Pakistan; (b) the names of players, officials and other persons found guilty in the said inquires and the details of action taken against them; and (c) the steps taken or being taken by the Government to control the occurrence of such incidents in future?
