Will the Minister Incharge of the Establishment Division be pleased to state: (a) the rules and procedure which govern transfer, merger, induction and regularization in BPS-17 and above on regular basis of the incumbent of such contract posts which do not carry Government pay scales (BPS) including the persons who are appointed under the PSDP projects and are paid under those projects operating under various Ministries of the Federal Government including those Ministries devolved under the 18th Amendment in the Constitution; and (b) the authority which is competent to make and relax rules for the said purpose?

Will the Minister Incharge of the Establishment Division be pleased to state: (a) the number of meetings of the Departmental Selection Board and the Departmental Promotion Committee held during the period from January to March, 2012 indicating also the date and agenda of the meetings and date of approval of the minutes of each meeting of the same; and (b) the names, designation and name of the Department of the officers in BPS-18 and 19 who were recommended for promotion in each of the said meetings?
