Will the Minister Incharge of the Capital Administration and Development Division be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that about two thousands lecturers / teachers and non-teaching staff working on daily wages / contract basis in the educational institutions in Islamabad Capital Territory have not been paid their salaries for the last six months, if so, the reasons thereof and the time by which they will be paid their salaries; and (b) whether there is any proposal under consideration of the Government to regularize the services of the said employees, if so, when and if not, the reasons thereof?

Will the Minister for Foreign Affairs be pleased to state: (a) the steps taken by the Government of Pakistan to stop the judicial murder / execution of pro-Pakistani opposition leaders of Bangladesh; and (b) whether there is any proposal under consideration of the Government to take up the matter with Bangladesh Government for handing over the dead-bodies of two pro-Pakistani opposition leaders of Bangladesh, Mr. Salahuddin Quadir Chowdhary, leader of Bangladesh National Party and Mr. Ali Ahsan Mujaheed, leader of Jamat-e-Islami, enabling their burial in Pakistan as a mark of respect to them?

Will the Minister Incharge of the Aviation Division be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that PIA has recently procured A330 aircrafts from Sri Lanka @ US Dollar 8000 per hour upto 11 hours per day as compared to its previous procurement of A320 aircrafts @ US Dollar 2250 to 2300 per hour upto 9 hours per day, if so, the reasons thereof; and (b) whether it is also a fact that the premier service of PIA is being terminated, if so, the reasons thereof?

Will the Minister for Industries and Production be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that a debt of Rs. 27.6 billion of Utility Stores Corporation is pending for the last seven years, if so, the reasons thereof; and (b) whether it is also a fact that the said debt could not be paid during that period, if so, the reasons thereof indicating also the details of persons responsible for the same?

Will the Minister for National Health Services, Regulations and Coordination be pleased to state: (a) the quantity and value (in Pak. Rupees) of medicines / vaccines being imported from India on monthly basis; (b) whether it is a fact that anti dog bite and anti snack vaccine are not manufactured in the country, if so, the reasons thereof; and (c) whether it is also a fact that the said vaccines can be manufactured in the country, if so, the reasons for importing the same?
