will the Minister Incharge of the Capital Administration and Development Division be pleased to state: (a) whether it is fact that the actual route of the Gamriya nullah located near Chattah Bakhtawar, Islamabad, has been diverted and narrowed down; if so, the reasons thereof; (b) whether it is also a fact that the water of said nullah overflows during the Monsoon seasons and causes losses of lives and properties of residents of the surrounding areas, if so, the steps being taken by the Government to prevent such destruction; and (c) whether it is further a fact that the land of said nullah has been illegally accquired and made part of Mehrban Town, which is a private housing society, if so, the action taken / being taken by th Government in this regard:

Will the Minister for Commerce be Pleased to state the number of persons presently working in the Ministry of Commerce, its attached departments, corporations, subordinate offices and institutions etc. with grade-wise and province-wise breakup?

Will the Minister Incharge of the Cabinet Division be pleased to state: (a) the number of foreign tourists who visited Swat, Northern Areas and other tourist spots in the country during the last financial year; and (b) the step being taken by the Government to promote tourism in the country?

Will the Minister Incharge of the Establishment Division be pleased to state: (a) that whether it is a fact that the constitutional provision regarding quota system in the government services has lapsed, if yes, the reasons for not reviving the said provision so far; (b) the time by which the said constitutional provision would be revived; and (c) the basis on which the appointments for government service are being made without revival of quota system indicating also the steps taken by the government to protect the rights of smaller provinces?

Will the Minister Incharge of the Aviation Division be pleased to state: (a) the number of aircrafts taken by PIA on wet and dry lease at present; (b) the monthly profit earned by PIA from the said aircrafts; and (c) whether there is any proposal under consideration of the Government to acquire more aircrafts on wet or dry lease, if so, the details thereof?

Will the Minister Incharge of the Capital Administration and Development Division be pleased to refer to the Senate starred question No. 60, replied on 17th September, 2015 and state: (a) the reasons for not appointing / posting any officer belonging to Balochistan against the top 29 posts in PIMS; and-2- (b) the reasons for less representation of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and Sindh in the said posts?

Will the Minister Incharge of the Capital Administration and Development Division be pleased to state the names, educational qualifications, experience and place of domicile of the persons working against top posts of non teaching staff in PIMS?

Will the Minister Incharge of the Capital Administration and Development Division be pleased to state: (a) the details of financial assistance provided by the Government to the affectees of operation in Kachi Abadi in sector I-11, Islamabad, in recent past; and (b) the procedure laid sown for rehabilitation of such affectees?

Will the Minister for Commerce be pleased to state the benefits accrued to Pakistan from Afghanistan-Pakistan transit trade agreement during the year 2012-13 and 2013-14?

Will the Minister Incharge of the Capital Administration and Development Division be pleased to state whether it is a fact that an amount of Rs. 3 billion has been allocated in the current budget for up-gradation and re-carpeting of roads in-3-Islamabad, if so, the names of roads on which the same will be spent indicating also the length of road and amount to be spent in each case?

Will the Minister Incharge of Capital Administration and Development Division be pleased to state: (a) the time by which all roads connecting new Islamabad International Airport will be completed; and (b) whether there is any proposal under consideration of the Government to construct a new / additional road for that airport?

Will the Minister Incharge of the Capital Administration and Development Division be pleased to state: (a) the names, Designations and Scale of Pay of CDA officers who have not submitted their educational degrees for verification; (b) the action taken against these officers; and (c) are these officers receiving salary?

Will the Minister Incharge of the Capital Administration and Development Division be pleased to state the names of areas / villages in Islamabad declared as Model Villages according to the Master Plan of Islamabad indicating also the details of infrastructural projects launched in those areas / villages so far and the present status of development work in each area / village?

Will the Minister Incharge of the Capital Administration and Development Division be pleased to state: (a) the names of housing societies in Islamabad which have got approved their master planes indicating also the date on which master plan of each society was approved; (b) whether CDA has assessed the violations, if any, in master plans made by the said societies, if so, the date on which such violations were noticed and the date on which CDA wrote letters regarding violation to each society; and (c) the details of action taken by CDA against the society management on account of those violations?

Will the Minister Incharge of the Aviation Division be pleased to state: (a) the number of airports in the country; and (b) the number of the said airports which are non-functional at present indicating also the reasons for non-functioning and the steps being taken by the Government to make the same functional?
