Will the Minister Incharge of the Capital Administration and Development Division be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that the actual route of the Gamriya nullah located near Chattah Bakhtawar, Islamabad, has been diverted and narrowed down, if so, the reasons thereof; (b) whether it is also a fact that the water of said nullah overflows during the Monsoon seasons and causes losses to lives and properties of residents of the surrounding areas, if so, the steps being taken by the Government to prevent such destruction; and (c) whether it is further a fact that the land of said nullah has been illegally acquired and made part of Mehrban Town, which is a private housing society, if so, the action taken / being taken by the Government in this regard?

Will the Minister Incharge of Capital Administration and Development Division be pleased to state: (a) the time by which all roads connecting new Islamabad International Airport will be completed; and (b) whether there is any proposal under consideration of the Government to construct a new / additional road for that airport?

Will the Minister Incharge of the Capital Administration and Development Division be pleased to state: (a) the names, Designations and Scale of Pay of CDA officers who have not submitted their educational degrees for verification; (b) the action taken against these officers; and (c) are these officers receiving salary?

Will the Minister Incharge of the Capital Administration and Development Division be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that housing societies in Islamabad are required to allocate plots / land for community purposes, parks, graveyards and schools etc., if so, the details thereof; (b) the percentage of land required to be reserved for the said purposes; (c) the names of the said societies in Islamabad which have fulfilled these requirements indicating also the percentage of land reserved by each separately; and (d) the names of housing societies in Islamabad which have not reserved land for the said purposes or has reserved land less than that prescribed in the rules indicating also the details of action taken in each case?

Will the Minister for Commerce be pleased to state: (a the details of recommendations made by the Tariff Commission relating to trade tariff measures during the last five years; (b) the number of the said recommendations which have been accepted; and (c) the number of the said recommendations which have not been accepted so far indicating also the reasons for not accepting the same?

Will the Minister for Commerce be pleased to state: (a) the names of items which are allowed to be imported from China without duties; (b) the names of items which the China government has allowed to import from Pakistan without duties; and (c) whether it is a fact that duties are being charged on import of similar items from other countries, if so, the reasons for this disparity?

Will the Minister for Commerce be pleased to state: (a) the steps taken / being taken by the Government to enhance export of seafood products of the country; and (b) the steps taken by the Government to ensure the quality of the said products?

Will the Minister for Commerce be pleased to state: (a) the present status of Afghanistan Transit Trade Agreement (ATTA), 1965; (b) the volume of trade between Pakistan and Afghanistan during 2013, 2014 and 2015; and (c) the steps taken by the Government to enhance trade between the two countries and to ensure transparency in the same?

Will the Minister for Commerce be pleased to state: (a) the number of cases of import and export of substandard goods/items surfaced in the country during the last two years indicating also the action taken thereon; and (b) the steps taken by the Government to ensure quality of goods / items being imported and exported during the said period?

Will the Minister Incharge of the Cabinet Division be pleased to state the number of persons presently working in the Cabinet Division, its attached departments, corporations, subordinate offices and institutions etc. with grade-wise and province-wise breakup?

Will the Minister Incharge of the Climate Change Division be pleased to state the number of persons presently working in the Climate Change Division, its attached departments, corporations, subordinate offices and institutions etc. with grade-wise and province-wise breakup?

Will the Minister Incharge of the Establishment Division be pleased to state: (a) the number of DMG/PAS officers in BPS-18 and 19 who have been transferred from FATA and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KPK) to other provinces under the rotation policy during the year 2015; (b) whether it is a fact that a number of the said officers have not relinquished charge of their posts in FATA and KPK so far, if so, the details thereof; and (c) whether any time frame has been given to those officers to take charge of their new assignments/postings, if so, the details thereof?

Will the Minister Incharge of the Capital Administration and Development Division be pleased to state the number and locations of commercial units (Plaza,s Markets / Shops, Restaurants, Clubs / Guest Houses) under the administrative control of CDA indicating also the income from the same during the last year?

Will the Minister Incharge of the Capital Administration and Development Division be pleased to state: (a) the names of housing societies in Zone-II, Islamabad which have been issued NOCs by the CDA indicating also the date of issuance of the same in each case; and (b) the names and addresses of the allottees of the said societies who have submitted complaints to CDA against the said societies indicating also the date of submission of complaints in each case and the action taken thereon?

Will the Minister Incharge of the Capital Administration and Development Division be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that a project for construction of Marghalla road / main link road of sector D-12, Islamabad, was approved some years ago, if so, the present status of the same; (b) the percentage of work completed on the said road so far and the amount spent thereon; and (c) the time by which the said road will be completed?

Will the Minister Incharge of the Capital Administration and Development Division be pleased to state: (a) the details of the road infrastructure and utilities/essential services which have been provided in sector D-12, Islamabad, so far; and (b) whether it is a fact that basic and essential utility of piped drinking water has not been provided so far in some areas / sub sectors of the said sector, if so, the reasons thereof and the time by which the same will be provided?

Will the Minister Incharge of the Capital Administration and Development Division be pleased to state whether it is a fact that proper roads have not been constructed for connectivity of sector D-12 with other developed sectors of Islamabad, if so, the reasons thereof and the time by which the same will be constructed?

Will the Minister Incharge of the Aviation Division be pleased to state: (a) the amount allocated, per aeroplane, in the current budget for maintenance of PIA aeroplanes; (b) the number of aeroplanes of PIA maintenance of which has been carried out during the current fiscal year and the expenditures incurred thereon; (c) the comparison of expenditures being incurred on maintenance of aeroplanes of PIA with those of other airlines;and (d) the names of the companies / firms to which PIA has awarded contract for maintenance of its aeroplanes?

Will the Minister Incharge of the Aviation Division be pleased to state: (a) the procedure laid down for appointment of Managing Director, PIA; (b) the salary, allowances and other fringe benefits admissible to the said incumbent; and (c) whether the salary and other benefits of the said incumbent are linked with his performance?

Will the Minister Incharge of the Aviation Division be pleased to refer to the Senate starred question No.6, replied on 15th December, 2015 and state: (a) whether the domicile certificates of the candidates are get verified before making their appointments in PIA; (b) whether the domicile certificates of the 95 persons belonging to FATA who are presently working in PIA were get verified when they were appointed in PIA; and (c) the action taken/being taken against the persons who are appointed on fake domicile certificates of FATA?

Will the Minister Incharge of the Capital Administration and Development Division be pleased to state: (a) the number of patients of TB, Hepatitis, Cardiology, Kidney and Thalassemia treated in the Federal Government Hospitals in Islamabad from June to August, 2015 with month-wise breakup; and (b) the steps taken / being taken by the Government to control the said diseases?

Will the Minister Incharge of the Capital Administration and Development Division be pleased to state: (a) the amount received by CDA for a plot of 25 x 50 size in sector I-15, Islamabad, in 2006; (b) whether it is a fact that the applicants who deposited amount for flats in that sector are being allotted plots of the said size instead of flats; and (c) whether it is also a fact that the amount deposited for a flat was much higher than the price of the said plot, if so, the reasons for allotting plots to the said applicants in place of flats?
