Will the Minister In-charge of the Cabinet Division be pleased to state: (a) the district-wise total number of persons in Balochistan to whom financial assistance has been provided from the Pakistan Baitul-Mall (PBM) during the last three years till date; (b) whether it is a fact that a large number of poor people of Balochistan are being deprived from said assistance by the PBM; (c) if so, the steps being taken by the Government to provide said assistance to the maximum poor people of the said province?

Will the Minister In-charge of the Capital Administration and Development Division be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that the sweepers of the Capital Development Authority (CDA) carry sweeping work at roads and streets from 07:00 am to 09:00 am when it is time to proceed offices and schools; (b) if so, whether there is any proposal under consideration of the CDA to change the said time schedule in order to save people from dust?

Will the Minister In-charge of the Aviation Division be pleased to state the achievements made by the present Government to bring the Pakistan International Airlines at par with the international airlines?

Will the Minister In-charge of the Establishment Division be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that various private institutions have been given permission to conduct examination for new recruitments in the Federal Government as well as autonomous and semi autonomous bodies; if so, the names of such private institutions; (b) the names of the bodies which register the above mentioned private institutions alongwith the laws under which such institutions have been granted permission; and (c) whether it is also a fact that before the year 2000, the Government bodies were able to conduct such examinations themselves; if so, the reasons for not adopting said practice at present?

Will the Minister for Federal Education and Professional Training be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that the curriculum is being taught under the distant and non-distant system in the educational institutions of Pakistan for the last 10 to 15 years; (b) whether it is also a fact that the videos of lectures under the distant system are 15 years old; and (c) the steps being taken by the Government to bring the higher education system prevailing in the country at par with the modern era?
