Will the Minister In-charge of the Establishment Division be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that the Government own institutions fill its vacant posts through various testing services forums; (b) whether it is also a fact that such forums demand hundred of rupees under the head of testing fee; if so, the prescribed criteria therefor; (c) whether it is further a fact that Supreme Court of Pakistan recently directed that the Government own institutions to minimize financial impacts on applicants at the time of submission of applications therefor; (d) if the answer to part (c) above is in the affirmative, whether it is tantamount to burden un-employed persons of the country alongwith violation of the orders of the Court; and (e) the steps being taken by the Government to waive off such fee at an earliest?
