Will the Minster for Law and Justice be pleased to state the details of corruption cases forwarded to NAB by Federal Secretaries regarding alleged corruption in their respective departments during last five years indicating also the action taken so far in each case?

Will the Minister for Law and Justices be pleased to state: (a) the names and place and date of present posting of the officers in BPS-20 and 21 presently working in NAB; (b) the grade of Directors General NAB presently posted at Karachi and Lahore indicating also the as the whether they have completed the courses of NMC and NDU or otherwise; (c) whether it is a fact that the Chairman NAB has the power to post officers in BPS-20 against the post of BPS-21 for three months; (d) the authority which has the power to extend the period of posting of a grade 20 officer against the post of grade 21; and (e) whether some additional requirements have been specified for posting of grade 20 officers against the post of grade 21 in NAB, if so, the details thereof?

Will the Minister for Water and Power be pleased to refer to the Senate starred question No. 47 replied on 17th December, 2015 and state: (a) whether it is a fact that 132-KV Kala Dhaka grid station at District Torghar is expected to be established in 2019-20, if so, the reasons for not establishing the same at the earliest; and (b) whether it is also a fact the PC-I has not been approved and funds have not been released for that project so far, if so, the reasons thereof?

Will the Minister for Law and Justice be pleased to state: (a) the pension and other perks and privileges admissible to the retired Chief Justice and Judges of the Supreme Court and High Courts in the country; (b) whether it is a fact that the said pension and perks and privileges are to be determined by the President and notified as such under Schedule V of the Constitution before being allowed; (c) whether it is also a fact that the former Chief Justice of Pakistan Mr. Iftikhar Muhammad Chaudhry has been allowed/provided a bullet proof car at public expense over and above the permissible perks and privileges without the mandatory authorization by the President; (d) the expenditure on the POL and maintenance of the said car since the date it was provided to him; and (e) whether there is any proposal under consideration of the Government to retrieve that car from the said Chief Justice after the formation of his own political party, if so, when?

Will the Minister for Water and Power be pleased to state: (a) the duration of loadshedding being observed in different areas in the country; and (b) whether it is a fact that the loadshedding is being carried out for 20 to 22 hours daily in rural areas of Khyber Pakhtunkhawa, if so, the reasons thereof?

Will the Minister for Petroleum and Natural Resources be pleased to state: (a) the revenue collected under the head of Gas Infrastructure Development Cess (GIDC) during the last five years and the details of its utilization; (b) the amount of the said Cess presently outstanding against various companies in the country and the steps taken by the Government for its recovery; and (c) whether it is a fact that various companies have misappropriated/misused the said Cess, if so, the details of such misappropriation/misuse during 2012-13 and 2013-14 and the action taken by the Government against the persons responsible for the same?

Will the Minister for Water and Power be pleased to state whether there is any proposal under consideration of the Government to construct new run of the river projects and water reservoirs in FATA, if so, the details thereof?

Will the Minister for Petroleum and Natural Resources be pleased to state: (a) the amount allocated and released for the project of supply of natural gas to Dara Adam Khel, FR Kohat, during the fiscal year 2015-16; and (b) whether it is a fact that work on the ‘Distribution Network’ of the said project has not yet been started, if so, the reasons thereof and the time by which the same will be started and completed?

Will the Minister for Water and Power be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that electricity to the sector G-10/3, Islamabad is being supplied from the grid station situated in sector I-9, if so, the reasons thereof; (b) whether it is also a fact that the said grid station is overloaded due to which there is frequent break downs of electricity in the said sector; and (c) whether there is any proposal under consideration of the Government to link that sector with some other grid station nearer to it for supply of electricity, if so, when?

Will the Minister for Water and Power be pleased to state: (a) the time by which the Kachi Canal Project will be completed; and (b) the names of areas which will be irrigated by the said Canal?

Will the Minister for Housing and Works be pleased to state: (a) weather it is a fact that Islamabad New City project was launched in 1995, if so, the present status of the same; and (b) the names of the affecttees of the said project?

Will the Minister.for Water and Power be pleased to state: (a) the objectives under which the scheme for free distribution of energy saver bulbs was launched indicating also the original estimated cost of the same; (b) the date on which tenders were invited for procurement of the said bulbs; (c) the number of bulbs distributed under the said scheme with district wise break up indicating also the price/cost of the same; and (d) the total expenditure incurred on that scheme?
