Will the Minster for Law and Justice be pleased to state the details of corruption cases forwarded to NAB by Federal Secretaries regarding alleged corruption in their respective departments during last five years indicating also the action taken so far in each case?

Will the Minister for Law and Justices be pleased to state: (a) the names and place and date of present posting of the officers in BPS-20 and 21 presently working in NAB; (b) the grade of Directors General NAB presently posted at Karachi and Lahore indicating also as to whether they have completed the courses of NMC and NDU or otherwise; (c) whether it is a fact that the Chairman NAB has the power to post officers in BPS-20 against the post of BPS-21 for three months; (d) the authority which has the power to extend the period of posting of a grade 20 officer against the post of grade 21; and (e) whether some additional requirements have been specified for posting of grade 20 officers against the post of grade 21 in NAB, if so, the details thereof?

Will the Minister for Law and Justice be pleased to state the names, designations, grades, dates of appointment and names of parent departments of the officers working in the National Accountability Bureau on deputation basis indicating also their designations and grades in their parent departments?

Will the Minister for Water and Power be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that the storage capacity of the existing dams in the country is decreasing with the passage of time, if so, the steps taken/being taken by the Government to increase or at least maintain their present storage capacity for agricultural purposes; and (b) whether it is also a fact that the said decrease in storage capacity will result in reduction of electricity production by those dams, if so, the steps being taken by the Government in this regard?

Will the Minister for Water and Power be pleased to state the expected date of completion of the Neelum-Jehlum project indicating also the cost to be incurred and quantum of electricity to be generated from the same?

Will the Minister for Religious Affairs and Inter-Faith Harmony be pleased to state: (a) the number of private Hajj tour operators registered in the country at present; and (b) the steps being taken by the Government to get the Hajj fee charged by the said companies reduced and improve their performance?

Will the Minister for Water and Power be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that a new electricity feeder was installed for Duskhel, sub division Talash, Temargara in 2012 which was connected with the old HT line coming from the Chakdara grid station; (b) whether it is also a fact that some part of the said old line was substandard/worn out and as per the work order of that project replacement of the same with a new transmission line was part of the completion of the project, if so, the details thereof; and (c) whether the said part of the transmission line has been replaced accordingly, if not, the reasons thereof?

Will the Minister for Water and Power be pleased to state: (a) the details of construction of Chakdara Grid Station Project indicating also the estimated cost of the project and the time by which work will be started and completed on the same; (b) whether land has been acquired for the construction of the said grid station, if so, the details thereof; and (c) whether tenders have been issued for award of contract for construction of that grid station, if so, the details thereof?

Will the Minister for Water and Power be pleased to state the details of the projects for construction and maintenance of dams in the country which were included in PSDP during the last three fiscal years indicating also the amount allocated, released and spent in each case?

Will the Minister for Water and Power be pleased to state: (a) the quantum of electricity being generated from Tarbela dam on daily basis at present; (b) the number of projects for expansion of the said dam completed so far; and (c) the number of ongoing projects for the expansion of that dam?

Will the Minister for Water and Power be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that the capacity of water storage of Tarbela Dam has been decreased due to inflow of soil and sand; (b) whether it is also a fact that a survey has been conducted to remove the soil and raise the level of that Dam, if so, the present status of the project; and (c) the steps being taken by the Government to stop the inflow of soil in the said dam?

Will the Minister for Petroleum and Natural Resources be pleased to state: (a) the details of material purchased for repairing and maintenance of gas pipelines and meters in the country during the last five years with district-wise break up; and (b) the details of the said material utilized during the last one year with district-wise break up?

Will the Minister for Water and Power be pleased to state: (a) the acreage of land acquired for the construction of Diamir Basha dam so for indicating also the acreage of land further to be acquired for the same; and (b) the date by which work on that dam will be started and completed?

Will the Minister for Petroleum and Natural Resources be pleased to state whether there is any proposal under consideration of the Government to establish/develop city gas distribution networks in more areas and cities in the near future, if so, the details thereof with province-wise break up?

Will the Minister for Water and Power be pleased to state: (a) the details of the ongoing Small Hydro Power (SHP) projects in the country with province-wise break up; (b) the amount provided to each province for the said project during the last three fiscal years; (c) the policy / procedure laid down for participation of private sector in SHP projects; (d) the number of the said projects completed with the participation of private sector during that period with province-wise breakup; and (e) whether the Government has made any assessment on the impacts of the said policy, if so, the details thereof?

Will the Minister for Water and Power be pleased to state whether it is a fact that as per CPPA (Central Power Purchasing Agency), the cost of electricity supplied to DISCOs in December 2015 was Rs. 5.45 per unit but the consumers in B-3 were charged at Rs. 18 per unit (peak hours), if so, the reasons thereof?

Will the Minister for Water and Power be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that the Government has paid an extra amount of Rs. 595 million to Independent Power Producer (IPP) companies of Saif, Orient, Sapphire and Hoalmore which run on diesel and having tariff rate of Rs. 11.67 per unit, if so, the reasons thereof; and (b) whether it is also a fact that Jamshoro unit 1 having tariff of Rs. 5.6 per unit and Hubco Narowal with a tariff rate of 5.77 per unit were running on 25% and 48% respectively of their total capacity, if so, the reasons thereof?

Will the Minister for Water and Power be pleased to state: (a) the return on investment (ROI) and rate of return (ROR) being offered by the Government on investment in Hydel, Coal, Gas, Solar and Wind based power projects in the country; (b) the ROI and ROR being offered for the coal based power projects in Port Qasim, Karachi, Tharparkar, Sindh and in Punjab separately; and (c) whether the said projects are based on new machinery and technology or on the used machinery and old technology?

Will the Minister for Law and Justice be pleased to state whether it is a fact that the Supreme Court of Pakistan has declared consultation with Chief Justice of Pakistan mandatory for the appointment of Chairman NAB in its various decisions, if so, the steps taken by the Government for implementation of the same?

Will the Minister for Petroleum and Natural Resources be pleased to state whether it is a fact that a pipeline is being laid from Gawadar to Nawab Shah, if so, the proposed length, estimated cost, present status of laying and purpose for which the same is being laid?

Will the Minister for Parliamentary Affairs be pleased to state: (a) the procedure laid down for nomination / appointment of Observers in Elections by the Election Commission of Pakistan; and (b) the names of persons nominated / appointed as observers during the Local Government Elections in Islamabad in 2015?
