Will the Minister for Defence be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that there are loop holes on border between Pakistan and Afghanistan due to which there is a continuous infiltration of terrorists, if so, the steps being taken by the Government to tighten security on that border; and (b) whether there is any proposal under consideration of the Government to erect fence on that border, if so, when?

Will the Minister for Defence be pleased to state the names of the projects/units and housing colonies in various cities under the administrative control of Fauji Foundation, Shaheen Foundation, Bahria Foundation, Army Welfare Trust (AWT) and Defence Housing Authorities (DHAs) indicating also the year in which the respective projects/units were launched?

Will the Minister for Interior and Narcotics Control be pleased to state: (a) the names and date of registration of the private security companies working in Islamabad Capital Territory at present; (b) the steps taken/being taken by the Government to ensure quality service by the said companies; and (c) whether any security related audit of those companies is conducted to determine the level of efficacy and performance, of those companies, if so, the details thereof and if not, the time by which the same will be conducted?

Will the Minister for Interior and Narcotics Control be pleased to state: (a) the name of countries with which Pakistan has signed Readmission Agreements so far; (b) the number of persons deported from the said countries during the last three years indicating also the details of inquiries made/cases registered in connection with deportation of those persons; (c) whether any prosecution has taken place in the said cases, if so, the details thereof; and (d) the details of inquiries made/cases registered against the travel agents in the country who are involved in illegal human trafficking during that period?

Will the Minister for Railways be pleased to state: (a) whether there is any proposal under consideration of the Government to lay railway line between Pakistan and China, if so, the length and estimated cost of the project and the time by which work will be started and completed on the same; and (b) the names of cities through which the said railway line will pass?

Will the Minister for Interior and Narcotics Control be pleased to state: (a) the procedure being adopted for arresting the persons involved in heinous crime of murder and acts of terrorism in the country; and (b) whether the names of the said persons are put on Exit Control List (ECL), if not, the reasons thereof?

Will the Minister for Defence be pleased to state: (a) the number of police check posts and barrier established in the areas of Chaklala and Rawalpindi Cantonments; (b) the names of areas in the said cantonments where mobile police squads are patrolling these days; and (c) the new steps taken by the Government for coordination between police and army for security purposes in those cantonments?

Will the Minister for Defencebe pleased to state: (a) the details of areas of the Line of Control (LOC) where India have erected fences so far; and (b) the steps taken by the present Government to stop India from fencing more areas on the LOC?

Will the Minister for Information and Broadcasting be pleased to state: (a) the number of persons presently working in PTV with designation-wise/grade-wise breakup; and (b) whether the number of said employees is sufficient to cope with the work of that organization or otherwise?

Will the Minister for Interior and Narcotics Control be pleased to state: (a) the steps being taken by the Government to deal with the cases of violence against minorities in ICT; and (b) the facilities provided by the Government to the people affected by communal violence in ICT during the last three years?

Will the Minister for Information and Broadcasting be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that Government has set up a corpus fund to showcase Pakistani films, documentaries and dramas in international film festivals to win international awards, if so, the details thereof; and (b) the steps taken/being taken by the Government to evolve a mechanism to ensure that only the best films, documentaries and dramas are short listed and sent to the said festivals?

Will the Minister for Interior and Narcotics Control be pleased to state: (a) the names of cities where executive passport offices have been established in the country; and (b) whether there is any proposal under consideration of the Government to establish the said office in Malakand Division, if so, when?

Will the Minister for States and Frontier Regions be pleased to refer to the Senate starred question No. 143 replied on 8th March, 2016 and state: (a) whether it is a fact that the Temporarily Displace Persons (TDPs)/families of FATA are given Rs. 10000/- for transportation and Rs. 25000/- as cash grant at the time of their return of their native town; (b) whether it is also a fact that most of the houses and other properties of the said persons/families in their native towns have been destroyed/damaged during the military operations against militants in those areas; and (c) whether the Government provides any compensation to those persons/families to reconstruct/reestablish their destroyed/damaged houses/shops/gardens, if so, the details thereof?

Will the Minister for States and Frontier Regions be pleased to refer to the Senate starred question No. 142 replied on 8th March, 2016 and state: (a) the date on which summary was submitted to the Governor Khyber Pakhtunkhwa for the grant of permission to the FATA Secretariat to appoint Doctors and other medical staff in FATA on the analogy of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and the present status of the summary; (b) whether it is a fact that Doctors and other medical staff in health institutions in FATA are appointed on contract basis, if so, the reasons thereof; and (c) the time by which the vacant posts of doctors and other medical staff in health institutions of the said area will be filled in?

Will the Minister for Interior and Narcotics Control be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that no Regulations/policy has been made for wedding functions in Islamabad Capital Territory, if so, the reasons thereof; (b) the names(s) of authority which regulate the business of the said functions in ICT; and (c) the details of procedure/regulations laid down for hiring of land/places for the business of marquees in Islamabad Capital Territory?

Will the Minister for Interior and Narcotics Control be pleased to state whether it is a fact that Passport Office has not been established in district Mansehra, if so, the reasons thereof and the time by which the same would be established?

Will the Minister for Railways be pleased to state whether there is any proposal under consideration of the Government to connect Dera Ismail Khan with Quetta directly through railway network, if so, the time by which track will be laid on missing links between the two cities?

Will the Minister for Information and Broadcasting be pleased to state: (a) the details of complaints received in PEMRA against various TV channels during the last three years and the action taken on the same so far; and (b) the number of the said complaints presently lying pending with the said Authority indicating also the reasons for not taking action on them so far?

Will the Minister for Railways be pleased to state whether there is any proposal under consideration of the Government to overhaul the Railway tracks and repair/renovate Railways Stations of Mir PurKhas and Khokrapar, if so, when?

Will the Minister for Interior and Narcotics Control be pleased to state: (a) the number of mercy petitions of the prisoners awarded death sentences by the Courts sent to the President of Pakistan during the last five years indicating also the number of the same approved and of those rejected by the President; and (b) the details of the said appeals lying pending for a decision by the President of Pakistan indicating also the reasons for pendency of the same?
