Will the Minister for Finance, Revenue, Economic Affairs, Statistics and Privatization be pleased to state: (a) the details of grant / aid provided by the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) for construction of primary schools in rural Sindh during the last five years; (b) the number of schools constructed under that grant / aid so far; and (c) whether it is a fact that the said Agency is going to provide more grant / aid in second phase of the ongoing schools education programme in rural Sindh, if so, the time by which the same will be provided / released?

Will the Minister for Finance, Revenue, Economic Affairs, Statistics and Privatization be pleased to state: (a) the names and location of Marquees in Islamabad Capital Territory indicating also the recovery of sales tax made from each of them during the last three fiscal years; (b) the amount of advance Tax collected from each of the said marquees during that period as per section 236-D of the Finance Act, 2013; and (c) the details of withholding tax statements filed in respect of each of those marquees during the said period?

Will the Minister for Finance, Revenue, Economic Affairs, Statistics and Privatization be pleased to state: (a) the details of revenue collected by each collectorate of FBR during the last three years with year wise break-up; and (b) the steps taken to enhance revenue collection by each collectorate during the last three years?

Will the Minister for Finance, Revenue, Economic Affairs, Statistics and Privatization be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that smuggling of various goods / items is taking place at Pak-Afgan Border, if so, the estimated annual volume of the same; and (b) the steps being taken by the Government to curb that smuggling at the said border?

Will the Minister for Industries and Production be pleased to state: (a) the number of utility stores established in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, at present, with district wise break up; and (b) whether there is any proposal under consideration of the Government to establish more such stores in the said province, if so, the details thereof?

Will the Minister for Finance, Revenue, Economic Affairs, Statistics and Privatization be pleased to state the number of persons who have been provided loans under the Prime Minister’s Youth Business Loan Scheme in the province of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa since the launching of the same with District wise break up?

Will the Minister for Industries and Productions be pleased to state: (a) whether it is fact that the Utility Stores Corporation had advertised for appointments against various vacant posts in various districts of the country during the year 2015, if so, the date of advertisement; and (b) whether it is also fact that tests / interviews for the said posts have also been conducted but the appointments against the same have not been made so far, if so, the reasons thereof and the time by which appointment letters would be issued to the successful candidates?

Will the Minister for Finance, Revenue, Economic Affair, Statistics and Privatization be pleased to state: (a) whether there is any proposal under consideration of the Government to restore the facility of opting out of presumptive tax regime in respect of sale, import and export of goods which was introduced in the Finance Act, 2012 but withdrawn under the Finance Act, 2014, if so, the details thereof; and (b) the steps taken / being taken by the Government to reduce the additional burden imposed on the corporate sector and decrease the risk of tax audits?

Will the Minister for Finance, Revenue, Economic Affairs, Statistics and Privatization be please to state: (a) whether it is a fact that weapons are being smuggled at Pak-Afghan border, if so, the steps taken / being taken by the Government to stop / control the same; and (b) the steps taken / being taken by the Government to improve the performance and increase the number of personnel responsible for checking the said smuggling on that border?

Will the Minister for Industries and Production be pleased to state: (a) the names of automobile companies manufacturing / producing vehicles in the country; (b) whether it is a fact that the said companies are not producing fuel efficient vehicles, if so, the reasons thereof; (c) the details of preferential incentives given to the new companies for manufacturing / producing vehicles in the recently announced Automotive Policy 2016-21; and (d) whether it is a fact that the Government has restricted the import of new vehicles, if so, the reasons thereof?

Will the Minister for Finance, Revenue, Economic Affairs, Statistics and Privatization be pleased to state: (a) the amount of foreign and domestic debt at present; (b) the names of foreign countries / organizations from which the said debts have been obtained indicating also the date on which the debt was obtained and the purpose for which the same was obtained in each case; and (c) the amount of debt paid back by the present Government so far indicating also the current status of the remaining debt?

Will the Minister for Planning, Development and Reform be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that a Joint Coordination Committee (JCC) has been formed for planning and execution of CPEC projects, if so, the date on which the same was formed; (b) the terms and conditions of the said Committee; (c) whether the decision of the all parties Conference (APC) held on 28th May, 2015, about giving priority to the western rout has been communicated to that Committee for implementation, if so, the date on which the same was communicated and if not, the reasons thereof; and (d) whether it is also a fact that said Committee has endorsed the Orange Line Project, Lahore, as part of the CPEC, if so, the date on which the same was endorsed?

Will the Minister for Science and Technology be pleased to state: (a) whether the Government provides soft loan for research and development under various schemes, if so, the details of those schemes; and (b) the amount granted by the Government as loans under the said schemes since fiscal year 2012-13 with year-wise, province wise and scheme wise break up?

Will the Minister for Finance, Revenue, Economic Affairs, Statistics and Privatization be pleased to state the foreign remittances sent by the Overseas Pakistanis during the last five years with year wise break up?

Will the Minister for Planning, Development and Reform be pleased to state: (a) whether the feasibility report for construction of Dera Ismail Khan-Zhob-Quetta-Khuzdar Motorway as part of western route of CPEC has been prepared or otherwise; (b) the amount allocated for the said project; and (c) the time by which work will be started and completed on that project?

Will the Minister for Finance, Revenue, Economic Affairs, Statistics and Privatization be pleased to state the amount of loans granted by scheduled banks for establishment of new industrial units in the country during the last two years indicating also the names and place of domicile of the persons/applicants, names of the banks and amount of loan granted in each case?
