Will the Minister Incharge of the Capital Administration and Development Division be pleased to state: (a) whether there is any section / department in CDA to deal with the incidents of fire or other calamities in Government offices, located in high rise buildings in Islamabad, if so, the main responsibilities/functions of the same; (b) whether the said section / department has modern equipments for dealing with those calamities, if so, the details thereof; and (c) whether the persons working in that section / department have gotten modern trainings for dealing with calamities, if so, the details thereof and if not, the reasons thereof?

Will the Minister for Commerce be pleased to state the quantity and value of sugar exported to various countries during the last three years?

Will the Minister Incharge of the Climate Change be pleased to state: (a) the present status of implementation of Prime Minister’s “Green Pakistan” programme; and (b) whether there is any proposal under consideration of the Government to make legislation for protection of trees in the country?

Will the Minister Incharge of the Capital Administration and Development Division be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that drinking water being supplied to the public schools in Islamabad Capital Territory (ICT) is not potable, if so, the steps being taken by the Government to ensure supply of clean drinking water to the same; (b) the names of the said schools where water filtration plants have been installed; and (c) the names of those schools where the said plants have not been installed so far?

Will the Minister Incharge of the Capital Administration and Development Division be pleased to state whether the process of distribution of movable and immovable assets between Islamabad Municipal corporation and CDA has been completed?

Will the Minister Incharge of the Capital Administration and Development Division be pleased to state whether the process of distribution of powers / departments between Islamabad Municipal Corporation and CDA has been completed?

Will the Minister Incharge of the Cabinet Division be pleased to state: (a) whether the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA) has the powers to regulate and monitor rates, quality and other parameters of services being provided by the telecom companies in the country and to impose penalties on them in case of deficient services, if so, the details thereof; and (b) whether it is a fact that the suggestions have recently been received from various quarters for empowerment of PTA in the interest of consumers, if so, the details thereof and the action taken thereon?

Will the Minister for Commerce be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that Pakistan has failed to obtain matching concessions from China under the Pak-China Free Trade Agreement (FTA), if so, the reasons thereof; (b) whether it is also a fact that Pakistan has been granting concessions to China under the said agreement at the cost of its own industry specially steel, tiles, paper and paper board, if so, the steps taken / being taken by the Government to save/promote the local industry; and (c) whether there is any proposal under consideration of the Government to review the present policy / strategy for FTAs, if so, the details thereof?

Will the Minister Inchage of the Climate Change Division be pleased to state: (a) the details of projects for protection / promotion of forests in the country approved by the Government during the last three years with province wise break up; and (b) whether it is a fact some of the said projects have been pending since long, if so, the details thereof and the steps being taken by the Government to expedite the execution / completion of the same?

Will the Minister Incharge of the Capital Administration and Development Division be pleased to state the steps being taken by the Government to remove illegal encroachments in residential and commercial sectors in Islamabad?

Will the Minister Incharge of the Cabinet Division be pleased to state: (a) the number of meeting of the Federal Cabinet held during the last three years indicating also the details of decisions made in each of the same; and (b) the number of the said decisions which have been implemented and the number of those which have not been implemented so far?

Will the Minister for Commerce be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that the trade volume between Pakistan and South Korea was decreased by $ 1.6 billion in 2012 and by 27 % i.e. $ 1.17 billion in 2014, if so, the reasons thereof; (b) the trade volume between the two countries at present; (c) the steps taken / being taken in the Government to boost the mutual trade volume between the said countries particularly in the fields of telecommunications, electronics; and (d) whether any joint ventures have been undertaken by these two countries to boost their mutual trade volume, if so, the details thereof?

Will the Minister Incharge of the Capital Administration and Development Division be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that the services of persons appointed on deputation basis in the institutions under the administration control of the Federal Directorates of Education are regularized after five years of service as per policy of the Government; and (b) whether it is also a fact that the services of a number of persons who have been working in the said institutions on deputation basis for more than five years have not been regularized so far, if so, the reasons thereof and the time by which their services will be regularized?

Will the Minister Incharge of the Capital Administration and Development Division be pleased to state: (a) the criteria / terms and conditions laid down for registration of private schools in Islamabad Capital Territory; and (b) whether it is a fact that a large number of the said schools have been established in rented residential buildings / houses, if so, the action taken by the Government against them during the last two years?

Will the Minister Incharge of the Cabinet Division be pleased to state; (a) the steps taken / being taken by the Government for development of the existing tourist spots in Swat and other areas of Malakand Division; and (b) whether there is any proposal under consideration of the Government to establish / promote new tourist spots in the said areas, if so, the details thereof?

Will the Minister Incharge of the Climate Change Division be pleased to state the details of assistance provided to the affectees of October, 2015, earthquake belonging to Khyber Pakhunkhwa by the National Disaster Management Authority?

Will the Minister for Commerce be pleased to state whether Civil Servants Act, 1973, is applicable to the employees of Trade Development Authority including its CEO, if not, its reasons?

Will the Minister Incharge of the Capital Administration and Development Division be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that roads damaged due to construction of Metro Bus in Islamabad are being repaired, if so, the details of such roads and the work done on each of the same so far; (b) whether it is also a fact that the road in front of the Gulshan-e-Jinnah, F-5/2 Islamabad leading towards PTV Headquarters is still in dilapidated condition, if so, the time by which the same will be repaired; and (c) the amount allocated for the repair of the said roads during the current fiscal year?

Will the Minister for Commerce be pleased to state: (a) the number of seminars organized by the Trade Development Authority in foreign countries since 1st July, 2015; and (b) the names of persons / firms nominated / sent to participate in the said seminars?

Will the Minister Incharge of the Capital Administration and Development Division be pleased to state: (a) the details of repairing and maintenance of roads carried out by CDA in Islamabad during the years 2015 and 2016 and the amount spent thereon with sector wise break up; (b) the details of new roads constructed by the said Authority in Islamabad during that period and the amount spent thereon with sector wise break up; (c) whether International standards for construction and maintenance have been followed in the repairing and construction of the said roads; and (d) whether it is a fact that the said Authority has been focusing on construction and maintenance of roads in those areas of Islamabad where road infrastructure is relatively better and neglecting repairing and maintenance of roads in other sectors like G-8, G-9, G-10, G-11, I-9, I-10 and I-11 where the roads are in dilapidated conditions, if so, the reasons thereof?

Will the Minister Incharge of the Capital Administration and Development Division be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that the land on either side of the Islamabad Express Way is being used for open defecation and dumping of refuse, if so, the steps being taken by the Government to control the same; and (b) whether the Government has taken / is takening any steps for landscaping along the said Express Way, if so, the details thereof?

Will the Minister for Commerce be pleased to state the quantity of fertilizer imported in the country during the last three years indicating also the amount spent thereon with year wise break up?

Will the Minister Incharge of the Capital Administration and Development Division be pleased to state: (a) whether it is fact that the contract of Peshawar Mor interchange, Islamabad, has been awarded to NLC, if so, the deadline for completion of the same; (b) whether the contractor has met the deadline for the completion of the said project, if not, the reasons thereof; and (c) whether it is also fact that delay in completion of the project has been caused due to alleged fault in its design, if so, the details thereof and the measures taken to redress the same?

Will the Minister for Commerce pleased to state: (a) the names and place of domicile of the commercial councilors posted abroad at present indicating also the names of countries where they are posted in each case; and (b) the procedure laid down for posting of the said councilors?

Will the Minister for Commerce be pleased to state the names and designations of the officers of the Ministry of Commerce, its attached departments, sub ordinate offices and autonomous and semi autonomous corporations who were sent abroad on official visits during the last five years indicating also the names of country visited, purpose of visit, expenditure incurred and name of authority which approved the visit in each case?
