Will the Minister for Law and Justice be pleased to state the details of corruption cases forwarded to NAB by Federal Secretaries regarding alleged corruption in their respective departments during last five years indicating also the action taken so far in each case?

Will the Minister for Law and Justices be pleased to state: (a) the names and place and date of present posting of the officers in BPS-20 and 21 prsently working in NAB; (b) the grade of Directors General NAB presently posted at Karachi and Lahore indicating also as to whether they have completed the courses of NMC and NDU or otherwise; (c) whether it is a fact that the Chairman NAB has the power to post officers in BPS-20 against the post of BPS-21 for three months; (d) the authority which has the power to extend the period of posting of a grade 20 officer against the post of grade 21; and (e) whether some additional requirements have been specified for posting of grade 20 officers against the post of grade 21 in NAB, if so, the details thereof?

Will the Minister for Law and Justice be pleased to state the names, designations, grades, dates of appointment and names of parent departments of the officers working in the National Accountability Bureau on deputation basis indicating also their designations and grades in their parent departments?

Will the Minister for Housing and works be pleased to state the names and designations of those employees who have been allotted Government accommodations on change basis in all departments of Islamabad during the last two years indicating also the categories of their earlier and new accommodations and reasons for change in each case?

Will the Minister for Housing and Works be pleased to state: (a) whether the present Government has constructed any accommodations for the Government employees in Islamabad, if so, the number thereof and if not, the time by which the same will be constructed; (b) the number of Government accommodations available for the said employees in Islamabad at present; and (c) the number of those employees who have not been allotted the said accommodations so far?

Will the Minister for Housing and Works be pleased to state: (a) the acreage of land which was acquired by Federal Government Employees Housing Foundation for Bara Kahu Housing Scheme upto 30th November, 2015 indicating also the number of plots created on the same; (b) the acreage of land acquired by the said Foundation for that Scheme from 1st December, 2015 to 10th February, 2016; (c) the acreage of total land acquired for the scheme so far and the number of plots created with category wise break up; and (d) whether it is a fact that NAB brokered a deal/agreement between that Foundation and M/S Green Tree, if so, the terms and conditions of the agreement and details of implementation of that agreement so far?

Will the Minister for Housing and Works be pleased to state: (a) the number and location of Federal Lodges in the country; (b) the number of persons working in the said lodges with province wise break up; and (c) the income received and expenditure incurred on those lodges during the last three years with year wise break up?

Will the Minister for Law and Justice be pleased to state: (a) the number of family courts functioning in Islamabad at present; (b) the number of cases filed in those courts during the last three years with year wise breakup indicating also the number of cases disposed off and those pending out of the same; and (c) whether it is a fact that the said courts are facing a number of problems in disposal of the cases, if so, the details thereof and the setps taken/being taken by the Government to remove the same?

Will the Minister for Water and Power be pleased to state: (a) the quantum of water allocated for each province under Water Accord 1991; (b) whether it is a fact that the amount of water apportioned under the said Accord was more than that historically available for use in the country prior to 1991; (c) whether it is also a fact there was a provision in the said Accord for building of more water reservoirs in the country, if so, the details thereof; (d) the water sharing formula agreed upon for the said proposed reservoirs; and (e) the acreage of land which could have been brought under cultivation had the proposed reservoirs been built with province-wise breakup?

Will the Minister for Parliamentary Affairs be pleased to state the steps being taken by the Government to cancel bogus votes and stop casting of the same during the elections in future?

Will the Minister for Petroleum and Natural Resources be pleased to state the time by which work on the Iran-Pakistan gas pipeline project will be completed and the volume of gas to be received through the same?

Will the Minister for Petroleum and Natural Resources be pleased to state: (a) the per day volume of oil being explored / produced in Southern Districts of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa at present; and (b) whether there is any proposal under consideration of the Government to establish an oil refinery in the said districts, if so, the details thereof?

Will the Minister for Petroleum and Natural Resources be pleased to refer to the Senate starred question No. 110 replied on 4th March, 2016 and state: (a) whether it is a fact that no funds have been allocated / released for the project of supply of natural gas to Dara Adam Khel during the fiscal year 2015-16, if so, the reasons thereof; (b) the names of tribal sections / villages in the said area which will be provided gas under that project; and (c) the steps taken / efforts made by the Government to obtain the required assurances from the elders of the area so far and the results thereof?

Will the Minister for Housing and Works be pleased to state: (a) the number of Government employees on general waiting list for allotment of Government houses at present; and (b) the number of new accommodations constructed by the Government for the said employees in Islamabad since July, 2013 with location-wise break up?

Will the Minister for Religious Affairs and Inter-Faith Harmony be pleased to state the amount of Zakat provided to each province during the last two years?

Will the Minister for Human Rights be pleased to state whether it is a fact that the National Commission for Women has proposed / recommended that all educational institutions be recognized as “workplace” and be brought under the purview of “The Protection Against Harassment of Women at Workplace Act, 2010”, if so, the details thereof and the steps being taken by the Government in this regard?

Will the Minister for Religious Affairs and Inter-Faith Harmony be pleased to state whether same timings have been fixed for Aazaan and Nimaz in the country including Islamabad?

Will the Minister for Petroleum and Natural Resources be pleased to state whether any project for laying of gas pipeline or installation of gas plant in Chaman, Qila Abdullah, Khanozai, Muslim Bagh, Qila Saifullah, Zhob, Loralai, Duki, Mekhtar Musa Khel, Sanjavi and Harnai, Balochistan, has been approved, if so, the amount allocated for the project and the time by which work will be started on the same?

Will the Minister for Law and Justice be pleased to state: (a) the amount recovered by the National Accountability Bureau through plea bargain and otherwise during the last ten years; and (b) the amount paid to that Bureau / its officials out of the said amount indicating also the names of officials and amount paid to each one of them?

Will the Minister for Housing and Works be pleased to state: (a) whether the Government has conducted any survey to ascertain the shortage of houses particularly for lower and middle classes of the society in the country, if so, the details thereof; and (b) whether the Government has formulated any plan / strategy to cope with the said shortage, if so, the details thereof?

Will the Minister for Human Rights be pleased to state whether the National Commission on the Status of Women is still functioning under the Federal Government, if so, the name, designation and grade of its present head?

Will the Minister for Water and Power be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that an amount of more than Rs. 6 trillion of electricity bills is outstanding against Federal and Provincial Governments, AJK Government and K-electric at present; (b) whether it is also a fact that cases involving an amount of Rs. 1 trillion out of the said amount have been sent to NAB for recovery, if so, the details of such cases; and (c) the reasons for not sending the cases relating to the remaining outstanding amount to that Bureau and the time by which the same will also be sent to the Bureau for recovery?

Will the Minister for Petroleum and Natural Resources be please to state: (a) whether it is a fact that fluctuation in the prices of petroleum products in International Market affects the prices of the same in the country; (b) whether it is also a fact that the prices of the said products in the country are not decreased in proportion to decrease in their prices in International market; and (c) whether there is any proposal under consideration of the Government to devise a mechanism for decreasing the prices of those products in proportion to the decrease in their prices in International market in future and to fix their prices in round figures, if not, the reasons thereof?
