Will the Minister for Communications be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that the contract for Karachi - Hyderabad Motorway (M- 9) project was awarded to a Malaysian Company ‘Vinapuri’ on the basis of BOT; (b) whether it is also a fact that the said contract has been cancelled, if so, the reasons therefore; and (c) the time by which the construction of the said motorway will be restarted?

Will the Minister for Communications be pleased to state: (a) the length of motorway from Faisalabad to Multan to be constructed; (b) the time by which the construction of said motorway will be completed; and (c) the estimated cost of the project?

Will the Minister for Ports and Shipping be pleased to state: (a) the name of the company of Singapore with which agreement regarding operation of Gwadar Port was signed; (b) the period for which the said agreement was signed; and (c) whether the agreement is being implemented at present or otherwise?

Will the Minister for Communications be pleased to state whether there is any proposal under consideration of the Government to link Turbat city with M-8, if so, when?

Will the Minister for Communications be pleased to state: (a) the estimated cost of construction of motorway (M-4); (b) the date of completion of the project; (c) the number of underpasses constructed on the said motorway indicating also the width and height of the same; (d) whether it is a fact that width and height of the said underpasses is not of required standard, if so, its reasons; and (e) the steps being taken to rectify the situation?

Will the Minister for Communications be pleased to state: (a) the expenditure incurred on the construction of Motorways, M-1, M-2 and M-3; (b) the date of inauguration of each Motorway; and (c) the amount collected as toll tax from each of the said Motorways so far from the date of inauguration, with year-wise break-up?

Will the Minister for Communications be pleased to state: (a) the estimated construction cost of bridge on River Chenab Linking Shorkot and Garh Maharaja, indicating also the inauguration date; and (b) the time by which the bridge will be completed?

Will the Minister for Postal Services be pleased to state: (a) the number of Post Offices presently functioning in the country with districtwise breakup; and (b) the profit earned from post offices during the last three financial years with head-wise breakup?

Will the Minister for Communications be pleased to state: (a) the payable amount to the Frontier Works Organizations (FWO) by the National Highway Authority; and (b) the time by which it will be paid to FWO?

Will the Minister for Communications be pleased to state: (a) whether it is fact Road Safety, Welfare and Reward Funds (RSW&RF) maintained by the National Highways and Motorways Police (NHMP) is according to law, if so, the sources through which it is generated; (b) the head under which the fund is utilized, (c) the details of the utilization of the fund during the last five fiscal years with year-wise break-up; and (d) whether it is also a fact that massive irregularities have been detected in the utilization of the said fund, if so, the steps being taken by the Government to carry out audit of the fund by the third party and punish those found responsible for the said irregularities?

Will the Minister for Communications be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that construction work on Hassan Abdal-Mansehra Express way has not been started so far, if so, its reasons; and (b) the time by which the work will be started and completed?

Will the Minister for Communications be pleased to state: (a) the total revenues collected at toll plazas by the Motorway Police during the financial year 2011 and 2012; and (b) the total strength of employees of Motorway Police and the province-wise details of recruitments made during the years 2011 and 2012 consecutively?

Will the Minister for Communications be pleased to state: (a) the present status of development work on Iserkey Interchange, Farooq Abad, District Sheikhpura; and (b) the time by which it will be completed?
