Will the Minister In-charge of the Cabinet Division be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that Gas Infrastructure Development Cess (GIDC)is being made a permanent part of electricity tariff; if so, the reasons thereof; and (b) the percentage of increase expected in the electricity bill of the consumer as a result thereof?

Will the Minister In-charge of the Cabinet Division be pleased to state: (a) the prescribed criteria for appointment of members of Boards of Directors of Public Sector Enterprises of the Division; and (b) whether the present members of the said boards fulfill the said criteria?

Will the Minister In-charge of the Capital Administration and Development Division be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that the trees planted by the Capital Development Authority in Islamabad causing pollen allergy; (b) whether any inquiry has been conducted therefor; if so, the action taken against the responsibles therefor; (c) the species of plants planned to be planted in Islamabad under the tree plantation drive alongwith affects thereof on livings things including human being; and (d) the steps being taken by the Government to plant human health friendly trees in Islamabad?

Will the Minister In-charge of the Capital Administration and Development Division be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that the Liver Transplantation Centre at PIMS, Islamabad is not functional at present; (b) whether it is also a fact that life saving drugs are not being supplied by the said Centre for patients of hepatitis; (c) whether it is further a fact that adequate/state of the art equipments, clinical tests, dialysis and other required facilities are not available at the said Centre; (d) if the answers to part (a), (b)and (c) above are in the affirmative, the reasons thereof; and (e) the steps being taken by the Government to make the said Centre functional and facilitates for proper treatment of patients effected from various types of liver diseases?

Will the Minister for Railways be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that the Railway Track from Quetta to Zaidan is in a dilapidated condition within the territorial jurisdiction of Pakistan; if so, the time by which the same will be repaired; and (b) the total number of passenger/freight trains operating on the said route at present?

Will the Minister In-charge of the Aviation Division be pleased to state: (a) the total number of flights of PIA departed to Jeddah and arrived in Islamabad from Jeddah during the year 2014-15 till date; (b) the total capacity of passengers in said flights alongwith the number of passengers loaded in each of the said flights alongwith the details thereof; (c) whether it is a fact that mostly the less number of passengers loaded in said flights; if so, the loss suffered to national exchequer therefrom; and (d) the action taken against the persons involved therein?

Will the Minister In-charge of the Cabinet Division be pleased to state: (a) the total assets of the Pakistan Tourism Development Corporation (PTDC)owned by the Government at present alongwith the province-wise details thereof; and (b) the steps being taken by the Government to handover said assets of the PTDC to the Provincial Governments?

Will the Minister In-charge of the Capital Administration and Development Division be pleased to state: (a) the reasons for not eradicating the wild mulberry trees in Islamabad by the Capital Development Authority (CDA); (b) whether it is a fact that said trees are main cause of pollen allergy in Islamabad; and (c) whether it is also a fact that it is impossible for the CDA to eradicate said trees?

Will the Minister for Railways be pleased to state the steps taken by the present Government to increase the speed of trains in the country?

Will the Minister In-charge of the Aviation Division be pleased to state: (a) the date on which the Pakistan Airways was established; and (b) whether it has started flight operations?

Will the Minister In-charge of the Capital Administration and Development Division be pleased to state: (a) the date on which the Liver Transplantation Centre was set up in the Pakistan Institute of Medical Sciences (PIMS), Islamabad; (b) the total number of patients whose livers have been transplanted in the PIMS alongwith the successful ratio thereof; and (c) whether it is a fact that the said facility is still available in the said hospital at present?

Will the Minister for Railways be pleased to state: (a) the total number of locomotives repaired and purchased during the year 2013-14 and 2014-15; and (b) whether it is a fact that the financial and working conditions of Pakistan Railways are being improved gradually; if so, the details; if not, the reasons thereof?

Will the Minister for Railways be pleased to state: (a) the reasons of imbalance between income and expenditure of the Pakistan Railways (PR)during the last two years; and (b) the steps taken by the Government to balance the difference between income and expenditure of the PR?

Will the Minister for Railways be pleased to state: (a) the total amount approved by the present Government for the up-gradation of the Railway track infrastructure from Karachi-Peshawar main railway line alongwith the percentage of amount that approved for Pakistan Railways during the said period; (b) the province-wise details thereof?

Will the Minister for Railways be pleased to state the province-wise steps taken by the present Government to vacate the land of Pakistan Railways from illegal occupants?

Will the Minister In-charge of the Cabinet Division be pleased to state: (a) the total number of offices of the Pakistan Bait-ul-Mall (PBM)at present alongwith the province-wise details thereof; (b) the performance of the said offices during the last five years; and (c) whether there is any proposal under consideration of the Government to open new offices of the PBM keeping in the view of poverty in the country; if so, when it will be implemented?

Will the Minister for Federal Education and Professional Training be pleased to state whether there is any proposal under consideration of the Higher Education Commission to establish at least one Campus of the Government University in each District of Balochistan; if so, the details thereof?

Will the Minister In-charge of the Capital Administration and Development Division be pleased to state: (a) the total number of patients from outside the capital that visit the Government Hospitals daily; (b) the steps taken by the present Government to assist such patients at the respective hospitals; and (c) whether there is any proposal under consideration of the Government to construct Government Hospitals in the close cities of Islamabad to control the flow of patients?

Will the Minister In-charge of the Capital Administration and Development Division be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that the large number of trees are being eradicated and green belts are also being finished for development projects in Islamabad; (b) if so, the steps taken by the Government to control it; and (c) the number of new trees planted and new green areas developed in Islamabad during the tenure of the present Government alongwith the total funds allocated for this purpose during the said period?

Will the Minister In-charge of the Capital Administration and Development Division be pleased to state: (a) the total number of Government teachers working on ad-hoc basis in Islamabad at present; and (b) whether it is a fact that the Government has failed to regularize their services; if so, the reasons thereof?

Will the Minister for Federal Education and Professional Training be pleased to state the steps being taken by the Government to improve standards of the Universities and to regulate the fee structure therein?

Will the Minister In-charge of the Capital Administration and Development Division be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that the residents of Islamabad are badly suffering from pollen allergy; (b) if so, the steps being taken by the Government in this regard?

Will the Minister for Federal Education and Professional Training be pleased to state: (a) the total number of students to whom scholarships granted for study abroad during the last five years till date; and (b) the total number of the students out of them serving in Pakistan after completing their studies abroad?

Will the Minister In-charge of the Capital Administration and Development Division be pleased to state the performance made by the Capital Development Authority during the last three years?

Will the Minister for Information, Broadcasting and National Heritage be pleased to state the steps taken by the Government to adopt Urdu as an official language?

Will the Minister for Climate Change be pleased to state the performance made by the Pakistan Environment of Protection Agency during the last three years?

Will the Minister In-charge of the Aviation Division be pleased to state whether there is any proposal under consideration of the Government to withdraw the facility of free/concessional air tickets being provided to the employees of the Pakistan International Airlines at present in order to reduce its financial deficit?

Will the Minister for Railways Division be pleased to state: (a) the persons entitled to travel free or travel at concessional rate by trains in the country at present alongwith other facilities being provided to those persons separately; (b) the financial burden faced by the Pakistan Railways therefrom during the last year till date; and (c) whether there is any proposal under consideration of the Government to withdraw those facilities; if so, when it will be implemented?

Will the Minister In-charge of the Aviation Division be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that aircrafts with PIA are more than 20 years old; (b) whether it is also fact that accidents are increasing thereby; if so, the steps taken by the Government in this regard; and (c) the details of maintenance procedure being adopted in this regard at present?

Will the Minister for Federal Education and Professional Training be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that the Higher Education Commission has launched a scheme under the Prime Minister’s package to waive off the fee for M.A./MS/M.Phil and Ph.D students belonging to less developed areas; (b) if so, the details of students who have availed the said facility and living in less developed areas of southern Punjab or the details of those students studying in the Universities of the said areas during the last two years?

Will the Minister for Federal Education and Professional Training be pleased to state: (a) the total number of Ph.D Qualified Clinical Psychologists in the country at present; and (b) the total number of Clinical Psychologists to whom Ph.D scholarships given during the year 2014-15?

Will the Minister In-charge of the Capital Administration and Development Division be pleased to state: (a) the total number of Federal Government Hospitals and Dispensaries in Hyderabad at present; (b) the total number of employees working in the said Hospitals and Dispensaries at present alognwith their names, domiciles and designations; and (c) whether the Government intends to setup a state of the art hospital in Hyderabad in the near future; if so, the details thereof?

Will the Minister In-charge of the Capital Administration and Development Division be pleased to state: (a) whether funds have been allocated to metal roads and to lay sewerage lines in Muhammadi Town, Sohan, Islamabad so far; and (b) the time by which the development works will be started in the said Town?

Will the Minister for Information, Broadcasting and National Heritage be pleased to state whether it is a fact that increase has not been made in the pension of retired employees of the PTV by the Government since 01-01-2012; if so, the reasons thereof?

Will the Minister for Federal Education and Professional Training be pleased to state: (a) whether there is any proposal under consideration of the Government to make Technical Education a part of Secondary Education; (b) whether there is also any proposal under consideration of the Government to include the classes of carpentry, electrical and other technical education in the curriculum of Secondary Education; (c) if the answers to part (a)and (b)above are in the affirmative, the details thereof; and (d) the names/kinds of technical and vocational education courses being conducted in the country at present?

Will the Minister In-charge of the Aviation Division be pleased to state: (a) the cost of the Islamabad Airport Project escalated so far; and (b) the expected date of completion of the said project?

Will the Minister In-charge of the Capital Administration and Development Division be pleased to state the steps taken by the Government to raise the status of teachers in the Pakistani society?

Will the Minister In-charge of the Establishment Division be pleased to state: (a) the individuals who are exempted from acquiring dual nationality under the laws; and (b) whether those individuals are entitled to acquire another nationality later in their service?

Will the Minister for Capital, Administration and Development be pleased to state whether it is a fact that funds have been allocated to install street sign boards in Sector I-14, Islamabad; if so, the details; if not, the reasons thereof?

Will the Minister In-charge of the Capital Administration and Development Division be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that the roads near Islamabad Railway Station and Dry Port are in a dilapidated condition at present; (b) if so, the steps taken by the Government to repair the said roads?

Will the Minister In-charge of the Capital Administration and Development Division be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that the doors of Quarter Nos.5 and 6, Block No.4-A, Street No.46, Sector G-7/2, Islamabad are in a dilapidated condition since long; if so, the reasons thereof; and (b) the time by which said doors will be repaired?

Will the Minister In-charge of the Cabinet Division be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that the appointments have been made against the post of Cashier and other posts in the Federal Government T.B Centre, Asghar Mall, Rawalpindi by ignoring merit and through nepotism; (b) whether it is also a fact that the son of Admin Officer and relatives of MS of said Centre have been appointed against said posts; (c) if the answers to part (a) and (b)above are in the affirmative, the action taken by the Government against the responsibles therefor?

Will the Minister for Railways be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that trains do not stop at Sarai Alamgir Railway Station at present; if so, the reasons thereof; (b) whether it is also a fact that the employees have been posted on said Railway station; if so, the reasons thereof; and (c) whether there is any proposal under consideration of the Government to stop trains at said Station? (d) whether there is any proposal under consideration of the Government to restore the stop of any passenger train at above station in the near future?

Will the Minister In-charge of the Capital Administration and Development Division be pleased to state whether there is any proposal under consideration of the Government to give General Stores and Tuck Shops of PIMS to NGO in order to save the patients and their relatives from double prices which are being charged therefrom?

Will the Minister In-charge of the Capital Administration and Development Division be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that the roads of Sector I-9 to I-11, Islamabad including I. J. P. Road are in a dilapidated condition for the last many years; (b) if so, the steps taken to repair/construct the said roads?

Will the Minister In-charge of the Establishment Division be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that only 10% quota is being observed to promote a Naib Qasid as LDC since long in the Ministries/Division; (b) if the answer to part (a) above is in the affirmative, whether there is any proposal under consideration of the Government to increase the said quota; if so, when it will be implemented?

Will the Minister In-charge of the Cabinet Division be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA) has approved Accidental Damage Programme to authorize dealers of the Samsung Mobiles Sets in the country; if so, the terms and conditions thereof; (b) whether it is also a fact that the authorized dealers and insurance company to whom the contracts of insurance of accidental damages of mobiles sets have been awarded are not catering the consumers under the said Programme and demand extra money for repairing said sets; if so, whether the PTA has taken notice thereupon; and (c) the steps being taken by the PTA to make insurance company accountable therefor?
