Will the Minister for Commerce be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that Pakistan has failed to obtain matching concessions from China under the Pak-China Free Trade Agreement (FTA), if so, the reasons thereof; (b) whether it is also a fact that Pakistan has been granting concessions to China under the said agreement at the cost of its own industry specially steel, tiles, paper and paper board, if so, the steps taken / being taken by the Government to save / promote the local industry; and (c) whether there is any proposal under consideration of the Government to review the present policy / strategy for FTAs, if so, the details thereof?

Will the Minister for Commerce be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that the trade volume between Pakistan and South Korea was decreased by $ 1.6 billion in 2012 and by 27 % i.e. $ 1.17 billion in 2014, if so, the reasons thereof; (b) the the trade volume between the two countries at present; (c) the steps taken / being taken in the Government to boost the mutual trade volume between the said countries particularly in the fields of telecommunications, electronics; and (d) whether any joint ventures have been undertaken by these two countries to boost their mutual trade volume, if so, the details thereof?

Will the Minister for Commerce be pleased to state whether Civil Servants Act, 1973, is applicable to the employees of Trade Development Authority including its CEO, if not, its reasons?

Will the Minister for Commerce be pleased to state: (a) the number of seminars organized by the Trade Development Authority in foreign countries since 1st July, 2015; and (b) the names of persons / firms nominated / sent to participate in the said seminars?

Will the Minister for Commerce be pleased to state the quantity of fertilizer imported in the country during the last three years indicating also the amount spent thereon with year wise break up?

Will the Minister for Commerce pleased to state: (a) the names and place of domicile of the commercial councilors posted abroad at present indicating also the names of countries where they areposted in each case; and (b) the procedure laid down for posting of the said councilors?

Will the Minister for Commerce be pleased to state the names and designations of the officers of the Ministry of Commerce, its attached departments, sub ordinate offices and autonomous and semi autonomous corporations who were sent abroad on official visits during the last five years indicating also the names of country visited, purpose of visit, expenditure incurred and name of authority which approved the visit in each case?

Will the Minister Incharge of the Capital Administration and Development Division be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that the Federal Government appoints a Civil Surgeon in Benazir Shaheed Hospital, Rawalpindi, to countersign the medical bills of the Government employees, if so, the name of authority which appoints him / her and the tenure for which he/ she is appointed; and (b) the number of medical bills countersigned by the said civil surgeon during the last six months indicating also the number of bills which were returned with objections during that period?

Will the Minister Incharge of the Capital Administration and Development Division be pleased to refer to Senate starred Question No. 82, replied on 10th July, 2015, and state whether it is a fact that affectees who are occupying 18898 acres of land of CDA have not been compensated / rehabilitated so far, if so, the reasons thereof and the time by which they will be paid compensation and rehabilitated?

Will the Minister for Information Technology and Telecommunication be pleased to state: (a) the present status of implementation of Intermediary Liability Protection (ILP) to resolve the long standing issues of content platform; and (b) the steps taken / being taken by the Government to resolve the policy and regulatory issues required for financial technological companies like pay-pal, e-bay and other?

Will the Minister for Information Technology and Telecommunication be pleased to state: (a) the names, addresses and year of establishment of the companies working in E-Commerce sector in the country at present; (b) the main hurdles, if any, in bringing in the International Companies in E-Commerce sector of the country; and (c) whether there is any proposal under consideration of the Government to provide incentives to the said companies for working in that sector in the shape of setting up of proper development centers of their own instead of sales offices, if so, the details thereof?

Will the Minister Incharge of the Capital Administration and Development Division be pleased to state whether proper arrangements have been made for the disposal of hospital waste in Government hospitals in Islamabad, if so, the details thereof?

Will the Minister for Commerce be pleased to state: (a) the salient features of the Government policy regarding life insurance schemes in the country; and (b) the steps taken / being taken by the Government to improve the said schemes

Will the Minister for Information Technology and Telecommunications be pleased to state: (a) the names of departments working under the supervision of the Ministry; (b) whether irregularities in any department have come to the notice of the Government, if so, the details thereof; (c) whether the Government has constituted any inquiry to look into the matter, if so, the details and the outcome thereof so far; and (d) the steps taken or being by the Government to check such irregularities committed by each department and to protect the interests of the employees, investors and users / subscribers?

Will the Minister for Commerce be pleased to state: (a) the details of trade agreements made by Pakistan with SARCC countries which are in force at present; and (b) the average per annum volume of trade of the country under those agreements?

Will the Minister for Commerce be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that balance of trade of Pakistan with many countries is not in favour of Pakistan, if so, the names of such countries; and (b) the steps being taken by the Government to improve the balance of trade with those countries?

Will the Minister for Commerce pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that exports of the country are less than the imports; (b) the present volume of exports and imports of the country; and (c) the steps being taken by the Government to enhance the exports of the country?

Will the Minister for Textile Industry be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that a large number of power looms and sizing sectors have been closed down in the country at present, if so, the reasons thereof; and (b) the number of employees rendered jobless due to closure of the said power looms and sizing sectors and the steps being taken by the Government to create new jobs for them?

Will the Minister Incharge of the Capital Administration and Development Division be pleased to state: (a) the procedure laid down for sale and purchase of animals for Marghuzar Zoo, Islamabad; (b) the procedure laid down for purchasing of food and medicines for the said animals and the amount allocated for that purpose during the current financial year; (c) the arrangements made for cleanliness of the said Zoo and the amount allocated for that purpose during the current financial year; (d) the income received from the said Zoo and its utilization during the last five years with year-wise break up; and (e) whether there is any proposal under consideration of the Government to privatize that Zoo?

Will the Minister Incharge of the Capital Administration and Development Division be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that there was provision for only Golf Club in the Master Plan of Islamabad, if so, the acreage of land allocated / specified for the same in that plan; and (b) whether it is also a fact that presently there are more than one Golf Club in Islamabad, if so, the justification for the same and acreage of land of those clubs?

Will the Minister In-Charge of the Cabinet Division be pleased to state whether the 4G services have been introduced across the country, if so, the details thereof and if not, its reasons and the steps taken / being taken by the Government to expand the same to whole country?

Will the Minister for Information Technology and Telecommunications be please to state: (a) the number of posts of Assistant Director (Engineering) advertised by the National Telecommunications Corporation during 2015; (b) the number of candidates who appeared in the NTS tests for the said posts; (c) the names of the candidates who passed the said tests indicating also the marks secured by each of them in that test; (d) whether it is a fact that an interview for said posts was held on 30th and 31st December, 2015, if so, the names of candidates appeared in that interview; (e) the criteria adopted for appointment against the said posts; and (f) whether it is a fact that some of the candidates who secured more marks in that test were ignored and the candidates securing less marks were appointed, if so, the reasons thereof?

Will the Minister Incharge of the Climate Change Division be pleased to state whether it is a fact that Pakistan Environmental Protection Agency(EPA) has made an agreement with a German firm M/S Alba for the establishment of hazardous waste management system in Islamabad, if so, the time by which the same will be established?

Will the Minister Incharge of the Capital Administration and Development Division be pleased to state: (a) the procedure adopted for appointment made against the posts of Naib Qasids and Drivers in the National Library of Pakistan during the July, 2015; and (b) whether the prescribed provincial quota was observed in the said appointment, if not, the reasons thereof?

Will the Minister Incharge of the Aviation Division be pleased to state: (a) the names of overseas destinations to which PIA is presently operating its flights indicating also the dates since when the same are being operated; and (b) the names of overseas destinations to which PIA used to operate its flights in the past but were discontinued indicating also the period for which those flights were operated?

Will the Minister Incharge of the Climate Change Division be pleased to state: (a) the steps taken being taken by the Government for implementation of Clean Air Act in the country; and (b) the quality of air in the country at present and the name of department which monitors the same?

Will the Minister Incharge of the Climate Change Division be pleased to state: (a) the acreage of land covered by forests in the country at present; and (b) whether the Climate Change Division has checked / surveyed the said land, if so, the details thereof and if not, the reasons thereof?

Will the Minister Incharge of the Capital Administration and Development Division be pleased to sate: (a) the number of painters and carpenters working in the Capital Development Authority at present; (b) whether it is a fact that there is no channel of promotion for the said persons / posts, if so, the reasons thereof; (c) the names and percentage of those persons who have been working as painters and carpenters in the said Authority in the same grade / scale for the last thirty years indicating also the reasons for not promoting or placing them in the next grades / scales; and (d) whether there is any proposal under consideration of the Government to evolve a channel of promotion for the said employees, if so, the details thereof?

Will the Minister Incharge of the Capital Administration and Development Division be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that a large quantity of sewerage water flows into the Rawal Dam, Islamabad, which contaminates water of the same; and (b) whether it is also a fact that water from the said dam is being supplied for drinking purposes in various areas of Islamabad and Rawalpindi, if so, the steps taken / being taken by the Government to stop the flow of sewerage water into that dam?

Will the Minister for Textile Industry be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that the production of cotton has decreased in the country during the current year, if so, the reasons thereof; (b) the number / quantum of cotton bales required for the use of local textile industry in the country on annual basis; (c) the quantum of the said bales provided to that industry through local production and that being imported on annual basis indicating also the expenditure being incurred on the same; and (d) the number / quantum of those bales imported during the last one year indicating also the names of countries from which imported and expenditure incurred on the same?

Will the Minister Incharge of the Cabinet Division be pleased to state whether it is a fact that Pakistan Telecom Authority is not permitting the telecom companies in the country to verify SIMs against the CNICs of the members of political parties which intend to hold intra-party elections but the same facility has been provided to SECP, if so, the reasons thereof?
