Will the Minister for Communications be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that the Prime Minister has announced to repair 234 Kilometers Road from Gilgit to Skardu; (b) whether it is also a fact that PC-I has been prepared therefor; and (c) whether it is further a fact that said PC-I has been rejected by the Planning Commission; if so, the reasons thereof?

Will the Minister for Petroleum and Natural Resources be pleased to refer to Starred Question No.142 replied on 24-03-2016 and to state: (a) whether it is a fact that the Government has banned to supply of gas to new areas in the country; if so, the reasons thereof; (b) whether it is also a fact that said ban is the violation of Article 158 of the Constitution; (c) whether it is further a fact that the gas has been supplied to areas which are far from gas wells and areas from where it is originating have been ignored; (d) if the answers to part (b) and (c) above are in the affirmative, the steps being taken by the Government to provide gas to those areas which are closer to gas producing areas?
