Will the Minister for Water and Power be pleased to state: (a) the details of the ongoing Small Hydro Power (SHP) projects in the country with province wise break up; (b) the amount provided to each province for the said project during the last three fiscal years; (c) the policy / procedure laid down for participation of private sector in SHP projects; (d) the number of the said projects completed with the participation of private sector during that period with province wise breakup; and (e) whether the Government has made any assessment on the impacts of the said policy, if so, the details thereof?

Will the Minister for Law and Justice be pleased to state: (a) the number of family courts functioning in Islamabad at present; (b) the number of cases filed in those courts during the last three years with year wise breakup indicating also the number of cases disposed off and those pending out of the same; and (c) whether it is a fact that the said courts are facing a number of problems in disposal of the cases, if so, the details thereof and the steps taken / being taken by the Government to remove the same?

Will the Minister for Human Rights be pleased to state whether it is a fact that the National Commission for Women has proposed / recommended that all educational institutions be recognized as “workplace” and be brought under the purview of “The Protection Against Harassment of Women at Workplace Act, 2010”, if so, the details thereof and the steps being taken by the Government in this regard?

Will the Minister for Petroleum and Natural Resources be pleased to state whether any project for laying of gas pipeline or installation of gas plant in Chaman, Qila Abdullah, Khanozai, Muslim Bagh, Qila Saifullah, Zhob, Loralai, Duki, Mekhtar Musa Khel, Sanjavi and Harnai, Balochistan, has been approved, if so, the amount allocated for the project and the time by which work will be started on the same?

Will the Minister for Human Rights be pleased to state whether the National Commission on the Status of Women is still functioning under the Federal Government, if so, the name, designation and grade of its present head?

Will the Minister for Water and Power be pleased to state: (a) the schedule prescribed for electricity load shedding in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa at present; and (b) whether it is a fact that unscheduled load shedding is being carried out in different areas of Malakand Division, if so, the reasons thereof?

Will the Minister for Water and Power be pleased to state: (a) the amount payable to Khyber Pakhtunkhwa as royalty on net hydle power profit; and (b) the steps taken / being taken by the Government to pay the said amount to that province?

Will the Minister for Petroleum and Natural Resources be pleased to state: (a) the amount of circular debt of Pakistan State Oil at present; and (b) the steps being taken by the Government to rationalize the said debt?

Will the Minister for Religious Affairs and Inter-Faith Harmony be pleased to state the steps taken / being taken by the Government to remove the existing provocative sectarian literature and prevent new publication of such literature in the country?

Will the Minister for Law and Justice be pleased to state the number of Judicial and Inquiry Commissions set up by the Government during the last five years indicating also the date of setting up, composition, Terms of Reference, findings/recommendations and implementation status of recommendations in each case?

Will the Minister for Petroleum and Natural Resources be pleased to state whether it is a fact that the shortfall of gas in the country is set to widen during the next couple of years, if so, the steps taken / being taken by the Government to make new explorations and adopt other measures to minimize the same?

Will the Minister for Water and Power be pleased to state: (a) whether any agency / department of the Government monitors the transmission of power in the country and problems related thereto, if so, the details thereof; and (b) whether it is a fact that transformer testing facility available in the country is inadequate, if so, the steps taken / being taken by the Government in this regard?

Will the Minister for Water and Power be pleased to state: (a) the names and locations of potential areas where water reservoirs and small dams can be constructed in the country; (b) the names and locations of the said dams constructed during the last ten years in the country; and (c) whether there is any proposal under consideration of the Government to construct water reservoirs in Koh-e-Suleman, if so, the details thereof?

Will the Minister for Petroleum and Natural Resources be pleased to state: (a) the names of areas in Hazara Division were drilling for exploration of oil and gas has been made so far indicating also the results thereof; and (b) whether there is any proposal under consideration of the Government to take more steps for discovery of oil and gas in the said Division, if so, the details thereof?

Will the Minister for Petroleum and Natural Resources be pleased to state the names of IPPs which are using LNG for generation of power in the country at present indicating also the rates of GST and GIDC being charged on LNG from them?

Will the Minister for Water and Power be pleased to state: (a) the amount outstanding against the power consumers to whom electricity is being supplied from Padidan feeder, District Nowshehro Feroz with village wise break up; (b) whether it is a fact that the supply of electricity to a number of villages under the said feeders has not been disconnected despite the fact that huge amounts are outstanding against them, if so, the reasons thereof; (c) whether it is also a fact that the consumers of village Sinyari under that feeder are being sent excessive bills and their supply of electricity is also disconnected every now and then, if so, the reasons thereof; and (d) whether any inquiry has been conducted against the SDO and Line Superintendents at the said feeder for provision of illegal connections to the consumers, if so, the details thereof?

Will the Minister for Water and Power be pleased to state: (a) the names, designations, educational qualifications and place of domicile of the persons working in the Ministry of Water and Power on deputation basis; and (b) whether it is a fact that a number of the said officers working in the power wing of that Ministry have been granted extensions in their deputation despite the fact that they do not have the required educational qualifications and experience, if so, the reasons thereof?

Will the Minister for Petroleum and Natural Resources be pleased to state: (a) the names of areas in Gilgit Baltistan were drilling for exploration of oil and gas has been made so far indicating also the results thereof; and (b) whether there is any proposal under consideration of the Government to take more steps for discovery of oil and gas in the said area, if so, the details thereof?

Will the Minister for Petroleum and Natural Resources be pleased to state: (a) the details of development and non development expenditures of Sui Northern Gas Pipelines Limited (SNGPL) during the last three years with head wise and year wise break up; and (b) the steps being taken by the Government to reduce the non development expenditures of the said company?

Will the Minister for Water and Power be pleased to state: (a) the details of steps taken by the Government for power generation through alternative energy sources in the country during the last three years with province-wise break up; (b) the per MW expenditures on the projects of production of energy through the said sources; (c) the number of hydel power projects completed in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa so far; (d) the names of ongoing hydel power projects in the said province indicating also the time / date of completion and the quantum of electricity likely to be produced in each case; (e) the number of hydel power projects in process which are to be constructed in the said province; and (f) the per unit cost of electricity presently being produced from various sources in the country?

Will the Minister for Water and Power be pleased to state the number of visits undertaken by the Federal Minister and Minister of States for Water and Power to the Neelum-Jhelum Hydro Power Project during the last three years indicating also the date and purpose of visit, expenditure incurred and TA / DA paid to the officers who accompanied the Minister in each case?

Will the Minister for Water and Power be pleased to state that: (a) the details of the 1410 MW Tarbela extension project indicating also the original estimated cost, date of launching and completion of the same; (b) whether there is any escalation in the original estimated cost of the said project, if so, the details thereof; (c) whether it is a fact that the work is going on the said project for the last one decade but the same could not be completed so far, if so, the reasons thereof; (d) whether the Government has finalized any schedule for the completion of the civil work of that project by the contractors, if so, the details thereof and if not, the reasons thereof; and (e) whether it is also a fact that civil works have never been synchronized with electro-mechanical development of the said project, if so, the reasons thereof?

Will the Minister Incharge of the Prime Minister’s Office be pleased to state: (a) the name of contractor who was awarded the contract for construction of the building of Government High School, Hangrai in Union Council Hangrai, Tehsil Balakot, District Mansehra by ERRA indicating also the date of award of contract and estimated cost of the project; (b) the percentage of construction work of that school completed so far; and (c) whether it is a fact that the said school has not been handed over to the concerned department so far, if so, the reasons thereof and the time by which the same will be handed over to it?

Will the Minister for Water and Power be pleased to state the demand and supply of electricity in FATA at present with agency-wise break up?

Will the Minister for Law and Justice be pleased to state: (a) the number of posts of Judges presently lying vacant in the Supreme Court of Pakistan; and (b) the reasons for not appointing female judges in the said Court?

Will the Minister Incharge of the Prime Minister’s Office be pleased to state the amount of direct foreign investment made in the country during the last three years indicating also the names of investors in each case?

Will the Minister for Water and Power be pleased to state: (a) the present status of operation of the Nandipur Power project; (b) the production capacity and actual production of the said project since June, 2014 with month-wise break up; and (c) the per unit cost of production of that project during the said period?

Will the Minister for Water and Power be pleased to state: (a) the number of wind energy projects being constructed in districts Thatta and Jamshoro, Sindh, indicating also the estimated cost and quantum of electricity likely to be produced by the same; and (b) whether any private house is being constructed in the said districts, if so, the details thereof?

Will the Minister for Religious Affairs and Inter-Faith Harmony be pleased to state: (a) the procedure laid down for selection of Khudam-ul-Hujjaj; (b) the number of the said khudam selected / hired for the last Hajj, 2015, with province wise break up; and (c) the estimated number of those khudam proposed to be selected/ hired for Hajj, 2016, with province wise break up?

Will the Minister Incharge of the Prime Minister’s Office be pleased to state whether it is a fact that the incumbent Prime Minister announced for carrying out performance assessment and quarterly review of the Ministries, if so, the number of assessment and performance reviews conducted so far indicating also the dates and results / conclusion thereof?
